This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view from the balcony in Tower I. It has high speed internet, 2 Smart TV's, air conditioners, washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen. It is 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and Old San Juan. Additionally it is nearby from El Yunque Rainforest, and 2 min. from the "kioskos de Luquillo & Luquillo Beach". It accommodates 2 people with private parking for rental vehicle and 24/7 security.

A spacious room features large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. A comfortable bed is neatly presented, complemented by a decorative pillow. A sofa is positioned nearby, and a potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the environment.

Peaceful and centrally-located place. Steps away from the beach! The apt is fully furnished with a full size bed. Spacious room with a/c, fan, flat screen tv, wifi and full kitchen. On the first floor of the building is the Brass Cactus restaurant/bar, extremely convenient with excellent food and drinks. Apt is across the main road from a supermarket, fast foods and restaurants. Minutes away from surfing beach Playa La Pared. 10 minutes away from the El Yunque Rainforest

Wonderful ocean front one bedroom condo. At beautiful Playa Azul, Luquillo, Puerto Rico! It is a perfect central location with much to do. We have a beach, a rainforest, golf, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, and much more. A place for everything!! Just READ my reviews from my past guests. They say it ALL!! And YES, it's just like the pics... UPDATE ‼️ We have TWO NEW ELEVATORS and they will start revamping the outside of the building in the up coming months.‼️

Incredible, Romantic Getaway! Beach front condo

Our amazing condo, is on the 20th floor. It is clean, modern and inviting for single travelers or an amazing romantic getaway for couples. It is also close to many attractions including a surf beach, Kioskos (restaurants), El Yunque rain forest and the Bio Bay. It is the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. The most difficult decision is whether to enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony or waltz to the soft sandy beach below.
