In winter, an ice road is plowed around the cape, which is used extensively by flanors, skaters and joggers. A comfortable accommodation with central Luleå's cultural and restaurant offerings, beaches, ice road, fireplaces, walking paths, park, museum, grocery store within 10 minutes walking distance.

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km.
