Lots of space in the place. Quiet side of town. We had some lovely walks from the place. The scones Edgewater were amazing! Wanaka is a beautiful town.

Oh where do I begin…Sararose and Jules family has the most charming apartment nested in an incredible mountain valley. But what touched my heart was how everything was designed and built in this apartment, and I really mean EVERYTHING. From the fully equipped and stocked kitchen to the cozy fire place, to the spotless bathroom, everything is thoughtfully placed and made by hand. Craftsmanship can be felt everywhere. It’s such a warm welcoming space inside out. The window seat is no joke, exactly as shown on the photos. Come here, you will find everything you will ever need, inside out.

One of our favorite stays during our 30-day honeymoon in NZ! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped—the kitchen was well stocked, the shower had great water pressure, and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. We loved the view, and the AC unit was well-placed to cool the whole space. There was also a TV for relaxing in the evenings. Dave was a fantastic host—super friendly and gave great local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Tim’s place was absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and the home is the perfect size. We’re a young family with a toddler and the space was excellent, the front deck overlooking Shotover was a great spot to burn toddler energy. It was easy to find, Tim’s directions were clear and easy to understand. Close to Queenstown itself but also to Arrowtown which was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay — the property was absolutely perfect! It was incredibly family-friendly, spotless, and had the most amazing views. It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the listing described. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

I stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed the super well appointed apartment very much. It was in a peaceful neighbourhood and the location was best for me. Everything in the apartment worked and Tania’s warm hospitality went beyond the s expectations. Her quick responses to all my enquiries and requests were much appreciated. I would definitely want to stay there again if I were to go to Wanaka again. Thanks Tania for the wonderful time and good memories.

Sarah's place was absolutely perfect for a group weekend away. Really well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable. It was also within a short walk of the town centre and historic Cromwell.

Wow! Everything about Kelly and Craig's Escape is wonderful. Clear instructions. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully appointed. Comfortable bed. Excellent heating - heat pump and the best little fire. Not to mention the under floor heating in the bathroom. Cooking facilities with all the tools you need, if you want a night in. Lovely private grounds, with the bonus of an awesome hot tub. A short 15 minute drive into Wanaka. My husband and I wouldn't hesitate staying again. Thanks Kelly and Craig.

Very comfortable place

As a party of three adults, this place was great for us! Lovely, new and modern - everything was super clean, neat and nicely appointed. Everything was comfortable and easy to use, and while the property is in a townhouse estate of sorts, it is very quiet and private. Parking is right by the townhouse and easy to find. Having the supermarket, tavern and patisserie in the same precinct was super convenient (and tasty!). Check in and general instructions we clear and easy to follow. Would 1000% rebook should we find ourselves in Wanaka again :)

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The house is absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The highlight, without a doubt, is the breathtaking view. Waking up to such a gorgeous scenery every morning felt like a dream. This beautiful home made our first trip to Queenstown truly unforgettable! My family couldn’t stop talking about how special this place was! The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, was just perfect. We had a fantastic stay! The cottage is incredibly well-equipped, and we especially loved the fireplace, which made the evenings warm and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning, probably one of the best lakefront locations on Lake Hawea. The hosts were also very responsive and friendly, always quick to help with any questions. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and amazing scenery!

This is the most striking house in the most beautiful location I have stayed in New Zealand. If you have a big group and are looking for something posh, this is a terrific place. We felt right at home.

Excellent stay with Kate. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with expansive mountain views and felt like home in Wanaka immediately. Great outdoor balcony overlooking the ranges which a BBQ to enjoy some food and drinks. Kate was an incredible host proactively offering baby essential items for our little one, answering questions we had within minutes, checking in to see how I stay was. The property was kept in immaculate condition, place felt brand new with modern amenities like aircon, heating in all rooms and exceptionally clean which was really important for us travelling with a baby and the wider complex had excellent amenities like tennis courts, spa and gym which was an added bonus for an Airbnb. Highly recommend and great place for a family or anyone to come back home after a day venturing in and around Wanaka

Our favourite accommodation of our NZ trip, everything was excellent! I can't decide if my favourite feature was the super comfortable bed and linen, the heated bathroom floor or the sensor light for the bathroom! Carolyn was great with communication and very helpful. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here if visiting this area again.

Ideal place for walking into Arrowtown, where restaurants and walking tracks only 20 mins walk. Beds were very comfortable and warm. Heat pump was always a winner on those cold mornings . So quiet, I didn’t know Laura was next door with her lovely family. Washer/dryer worked well. No one likes to wash coming home after holidays. Thx again Laura, I will be back next year! Heather
