Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and then we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out – but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos – clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Host Silvia is absolutely great – kind, welcoming, and very accommodating. She went out of her way to help us with our request for the stay, which we truly appreciate. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! :)

Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

We arrived late, yet we were greeted very kindly. For the safety of our baby, the owner made a grille with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we didn't lack anything. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately it wasn't allowed at that time. Next time we go, we'll go there without question. Thank you for everything! We wish you continued success!

The communication in advance was very nice and straightforward. On the day of arrival, we were received very kindly by Alex. We felt very comfortable, Alex and his family were very friendly and accommodating. The place is just right. It is well equipped and it is very clean. Everything you need is there. The location of the farm is beautiful and invites you to spend quiet and relaxing hours. For our son, it was also a special experience. We will be happy to come back.
