The apartment is very beautiful and well structured.

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

We had an excellent experience at Luis' Airbnb! The place is very cozy, clean and well equipped. One detail that made all the difference was the crib available for our baby — we felt really welcomed. Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Thank you for so much!

Perfect house, better than expected, clean house, with all the necessary utensils and very comfortable, close to the beaches, markets and restaurants, we have no complaints to make, our stay was perfect, the hosts super attentive and helpful, we will certainly come back more often!!!

Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was peaceful, a few nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. We were well received, Emílio and Fernanda were always available to give us feedback, they were very fun days. The house matches the photos, and the descriptions exactly as they actually are. Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo was very attentive, Jacilene, who received us, was very kind and friendly, they met all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca which is quite stuffed. The place is quiet and pleasant, very close to the beach. We only had a small inconvenience with a neighbor in the flat next door who made a little noise and it became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else was great.

The house is wonderful, super-equipped kitchen, air-conditioned rooms, some being en-suite. Clean pool, huge volleyball court, very good barbecue area too. The location is very easy to find and close to most beaches. Édson is a great host, very easy to communicate with, we had a super flexible check-in and checkout. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, which helped us a lot due to flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The rent was for my parents, they loved the stay and will definitely come back.

Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an extra bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is secure, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The host was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We felt welcomed and at home. We will definitely be back!
