Owner: nice and responsive. when we asked him to change ‘yung beddings kasi parang narumihan, mabilis din itong napalitan ng staff. Place: Expect a loud noise since tabi ng highway. Kung ano ang nasa photos posted, that’s also what you will see sa actual. Location: Super lapit sa Bus Station, Sm San Pablo, Jollibee, Grocery Store, 7/11, Chowking, Burger King, etc. WiFi: Good connection.

The place was spotless and very near to a mall.

Super nice po ng place especially if galing kayo sa Kamay ni Hesus at napagod perfect place to rest. what I also liked is that they have a safe space for parking at Pet-Friendly sila for my fur baby. ♥️

This is my second time getting this place and the host has accommodated us even for a very very short notice.

The place was better than expected. It is well equipped to accomodate our needs. Hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The area was very peaceful and quiet, but still easily accessible and close to the main road. A small suggestion, if its possible to have netflix or a small karaoke. Overall, we definitely recommend the place and will probably stay here again should we come back to eLBi.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location is very safe with outdoor CCTV and free, secure parking. Check-in was easy with the Keybox. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, with hotel-quality bed and pillows. The aircon was cold, and the WiFi was strong. The bathroom was very clean and had a shower heater. It’s a quick 8-minute walk to SM Lucena City. Ms. Meg and Ms. Yodie were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Clean and quiet, close to Mauban town. Clarice was very quick to respond, and her mother was on site to answer questions and assist.  Apartment was spotless and linen smelled nice however, apartment was listed as having kitchen facilities, but there were no appliances for cooking and no cutlery. Note that you have to bring your own towels. Would recommend for anyone interested in visiting Mauban, but would like to stay away from the busy town.

Aubrey was very helpful and responsive during our stay. The cat who often visited was a plus to add to the hominess of the apartment. And the elderly couple living across the house was also friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was truly unique, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. We appreciated the complete set of house tools and the easy access to transportation and the town center. The host was incredibly accommodating and kind, making our experience even better. The only minor issue was a temporary water interruption, but the host addressed it promptly and effectively. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Hogwarts Place. The place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the check-in, check-out smooth and stress free. They even went above and beyond by providing snacks, water, disposable utensils, board games and even flexibility with the timing of our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and enjoyable stay. We hope to return in the future!

Kathleen was a great host and the location was beautiful! The rooftop has a breathtaking view. The airconditioning was great. And the bathroom was comfortable. The pool was also a very much desired luxury on the days when the weather was warm. The location is also very close to the maintown area, so we were able to pick up groceries and food easily. The host was also accommodating when we said we were bringing guests that needed to park their cars in the front. Having said these things, we were a little confused if the karaoke room on the rooftop was supposed to be avaiable to guests. On the first night, the host's family was singing karaoke above us, which was fine but just a bit of a surprise. Later in the week, we sang a bit ourselves but then, based on the host's reaction, weren't sure later if that was something we were permitted to do. Otherwise, everything was great and we'd recommend this stay to everyone!

I highly recommend this place! The host was warm and accommodating, even treating us to a complimentary avocado shake as a welcome drink. They also shared great suggestions for nearby beaches and spas. The only minor downside was that one of the rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but overall, it was a lovely stay. I’d definitely come back and would gladly recommend it to friends and family.

This is our second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The host is easy to communicate with, and the place is clean, looks exactly as advertised, and is very accessible to UPLB campus and restaurants. They even give free snacks. We will definitely stay here again when we return. :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this place!! The host(Miss Dulce) is very responsive and the caretaker (Miss Divine ) is very approachable and nice! They accomodated our request too. We had to book for a place (3 days) near Saint Anne's hospital bc my sister was confined. This place feels like our Home, very cozy and spacious. We can cook outside at the veranda (complete utensils/cookware) while sipping coffee..very relaxing and nice neighborhood..very accesible and near the town and Sm lucena.Overall, it's worth the price and a very great experience.Thanks a lot!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
