An amazing place with a beautiful flower garden

Angella & Renske were amazing hosts with this special place that is so welcoming! + We loved the small welcoming basket full of small essentials for our arrival night. + We loved the comforts of the big fluffy towels, the beautiful private backyard with the comfy outside lounging, the soft beds, and the nicely furnished sitting room. Every place has their “quirks”, so here’s some things to know while booking - Like they share, the washrooms are a bit dated so they don’t appear clean but they are! And really they fit the job for what they’re made for 😂 - The TV isn’t a smart TV so you won’t be able to login to Netflix, Hulu, etc…. But just go outside instead! - The private parking is shared with two other connecting homes in the compound & is REALLY steep! And small. But still secure so that’s a bonus.

A lovely and modern home in a quiet residential street just off the main road. Modern design house with a lovely outdoor patio facing the garden. Well worth the price.

My friends and I stayed at Dr Stella's place in Namulanda for two nights. She and Kia, her house manager are very nice, welcoming and helpful with even the smallest details to make our stay as easy as possible - on top of all the amenities and fully functioning chicken, she even recommended a neighbourhood restaurant that served a delicious supper. Neighbourhood is a bit of a distance off the maid road but it makes up for that with how peaceful and safe it is. I'll definitely stay whenever I am in the area as the price itself is really good for this place.

I'm a returning guest, and that for a good reason. The house and the compound is absolutely amazing and the host is amazing. We came back specifically for this house/Location because it's in a quiet and family-friendly area and has a big (Big!) garden outside for the kids to play. We've spent the entire days outside eating, playing and enjoying the sunny Kampala weather. The help are also very helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure that me and my big family have been as comfortable as possible. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay. I am already planning my next trip, and I know it will be in this house again.

Lovely house with great views of Kampala. Modern kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Plenty of space. Clean. Only comment would be to advise people bring a car that is suitable for steep and sometimes rough roads that surround the Accomodation.

The place is very beautiful, calm and mostly private. I love how the caretaker is 24/7 on guest’s service whenever you have any questions he is quick to come and answer! Everything went well however I know there was some small issue like Wi-Fi and it was out of the caretaker’s hands. We had to call Airtel to try to fix it. Overall I have enjoyed my stay at Hannah’s place very very clean place and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Kampala. I will be back soon to stay here again and again! It’s a nice place if you wanna be in like down town, easy for you to get public Transport but it’s not in the suburbs. The staff is okay.

Honestly speaking, there's not enough words to describe how privileged i was to stay at Sophie's world! The apartment was exactly as described - clean, cozy, spacious and very private. The Apartment is located in a gated community with very professional 24-hr security guards overseeing access and egress for visitors. The neighborhood is very peaceful which attracts people from different walks of life. Sophie was such a fantastic host, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The little touches, such as extra bed linen, pillows and towels, made my stay feel truly special. I appreciated the thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, grocery stores and attractions, which helped me make the most of my time in Kampala. For anyone out there looking for a comfortable stay, value for money and a welcoming host, I recommend Sophie's world with the highest regard. Thank you, Sophie, for making my stay in Uganda memorable. I will surely be back!

We stayed at Diana's place for 4 nights with 5 of us in our group. The house is very private, with a nice big yard/car park and a secure gate off the main road, so it's much quieter than staying on the main road. Diana's staff, whom she has employed, were very friendly and helped us sort out washing laundry, and anything else we needed during our stay. The WIFI connection was high-speed, the bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms had good storage for our clothing and suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back the next time we pass through Kampala! Thanks, Diana, for hosting us.

We had a great time at this place. The caretaker was helpful and considerate. The private garden provided a great playground and featured the occasional wild birds as well as fresh fruits. Definitely recommendable

My family and throughly enjoyed our stay at Carolyn and Junior’s house! The house was so spacious and comfortable for my family and I. And we absolutely fell in love with Mr. Steven, Mr. Dickson, Ms. Barbara, and Ms. Judith! They are wonderful and very helpful and attentive. The host were very welcoming and helpful, we had a little hiccup and they were there to make sure matters were solved and in a timely manner. We were sad to have to leave as this place really started feeling like home. I definitely recommend this house 100%

I have just completed a thoroughly enjoyable one-week stay at the Villa in Bugonga, Entebbe. The two-bedroom guest house is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport, nestled within a secure compound that houses several other guest units surrounding the main family home. The compound itself is a hidden paradise that is lush, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The gardens are filled with exotic birds, plants, and fruit-bearing trees, and I was warmly invited to pick and enjoy the fruits during my stay, which was a lovely touch. One of the standout features is the covered rooftop terrace atop the main house, offering gorgeous treetop views over the garden, the pool, and out to Lake Victoria. With its comfortable sofas, tables, and chairs it’s the perfect place to enjoy sundowners or a relaxed meal in the evening. Security is excellent, with manned guards at the entrance, and the caretaker Ian, was always helpful and onhand for advice. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here – I can’t hype this place up enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away. The place is beautiful, spotless, and feels like a true home away from home. Everything was so clean and thoughtfully set up, I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. Ronnie is amazing – super kind, incredibly accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. You can really tell he cares about his guests having the best experience possible. This is without a doubt the only place I’ll ever stay when I come back to Uganda. It’s peaceful, safe, and just perfect in every way. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a cozy, worry-free stay with a top-tier host, this is the one!

Smooth check in, professional yet personal and friendly care takers, comfortable beds and spacious rooms, kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Location from Entebbe airport is good as we used the Express highway, yet it's also in good proximity to the fresh foods market, and Kampala city center. There are clear signs displayed as soon as you get off the main road to the location, and available motor bikes(boda bodas) in case you have no personal transportation. The place is quite and peaceful. Only small concern was the nearly 1.5km rough road from the main highway to the homes. I definitely will book again and would recommend these homes to anyone visiting uganda.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The bungalow is cozy, fully equipped, and incredibly peaceful — it truly felt like a home away from home. It’s perfect not only for a short stay but also for a longer visit. While the streets around the area could be better, it’s a pleasant 35-minute walk to Victoria Mall. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!
