Welcome to our vacation apartment in the center of the UNESCO World Heritage Hanseatic City of Wismar, in a listed and completely renovated building near the market square. We rent this apartment privately, and we do everything to ensure our guests' satisfaction. The apartment is on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked there safe and securely. Several bakeries, cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, the market, a department store, and the tourist info are just a 3 - 5 minute walk away.

Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Studio mit Parkettboden, Doppelbett, Schlafcouch, Esstisch und Küchenzeile (Elektroherd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeebereiter), 34 m2 W-Lan, Handtücher und Bettwäsche inklusive. Terrasse zum Ausruhen. Am Schiffbauerdamm gibt es zwei Parkplätze. Der zweite ist kostenlos. (Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt) Vor dem Haus gibt es Parkuhren: da kann man nur von 19 bis 9:00 Uhr kostenlos parken. Der Bahnhof ist 1 km entfernt.

Diese besondere Unterkunft ist mit 70 qm ideal für 2-3 Pers. geeignet (incl. Gartennutzung). Die Umgebung lädt zu Radtouren und Wanderungen ein. In 7 Min. erreicht man mit dem PKW das Zentrum von Wismar. In ca. 15 Minuten, ist unsere sehenswerte Insel Poel mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küste der Insel zeigt sich als rauhe Steilküste oder mit schönen breiten Sandstränden. Restaurant/ Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 Min. fußläufig entfernt ... :))

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude mitten im historischen Stadtzentrum, direkt am Park, dem Fürstenhof und der Kirche St. Georgen. Die gesamte Altstadt und der Hafen ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ihr werdet unsere Ferienwohnung wegen der Gemütlichkeit, der tollen Lage, und des schönen Ausblicks mögen. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist gut für Familien und Paare geeignet. Bei Bedarf ist eine zweite Fewo nebenan dazu buchbar.

Charming big room with character in Wismar

You can expect a 50 m2 spacious, nice room with a view over Wismar. Wooden beams, timber floor boards and a special plastering lend this room a special flavour. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)

Lovingly restored studio- apartment near the old harbour( ca. 30m²). Train station bus terminal and a big parking site are a few minutes walk away. The apartment is located in a small lane between Old Harbour and Nicolai Church. With a double bed, small kitchen, fridge and bathroom it´s perfect for a vacation for couples.
