Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lowlands

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

Staying at this property was hands down my best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The home is absolutely stunning beautifully designed with a spacious, airy layout that made it feel like a private retreat. Everything was spotless and well-appointed, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was a dream perfect for morning coffee or winding down after a beach day. The location strikes the perfect balance: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short drive away from vibrant beaches, local dining, and island nightlife. I felt tucked away in a serene pocket of St. Martin, but never too far from the action. And the host? Truly exceptional. Incredibly responsive, warm, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From local recommendations to quick replies, they made me feel completely at home. Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

Loved this Villa we had a group of 5 everybody had there own room. Pictures are accurate pool was clean host was very friendly & responsive he also provided chargers, refrigerator was loaded with all types of beverages. House was equipped with an alarm system for safety we felt very safe in this location. We had a wonderful stay.

We just finished our stay at Blue Sanctuary at indigo bay and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The townhouse was perfect for our multigenerational family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the living spaces were laid out very well. The highlight for us were the two sliding glass walls that open up to allow an open air feel to the first floor and the private pool and patio. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful at all times. Indigo bay was extremely quiet and gorgeous with lovely sand and calm waves. We would definitely love to return to the same property in the future. Most highly recommended!!!

Chris is an amazing host. His place was beautiful, everything I had envisioned. Would stay here again and would recommend Chris and his beautiful villa to anyone else! Walk right to the beach with your morning coffee in hand.

It was sooo beautiful! We can’t wait to come back. Dominique was a great host. Words can’t describe the peace we felt in this place. We had a surprise visitor come eat some of the fruit we had left out. lol but what do you expect being out in nature with so much greenery around. The iguanas frequent the home. All the different lizards and birds added to the beautiful scenery. I’d definitely recommend this place for your stay.

Our family (2 teens) had a great week at the villa. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but Francois came and got us. We liked the quiet and private location. We enjoyed sitting outside every morning and used the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there. I'd definitely recommend booking it!!

This is an amazing villa, one of the best that I have every stayed in. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the well-maintained property. The amenities that were offered in the home were awesome. The home was spacious and very clean. The location was great, it was centrally located to a lot of places we wanted to visit and to the grocery store and cost u less. The hosts were incredible, they were helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. They were responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely stay here again.
