Small vintage and cozy caravan, set on a plot on the edge of the forest. Land (2500 m2) shared with my yurts (main house) and 3 other rentals. Many hiking trails in the forest. 10 minutes from Dinan, 25 minutes from the sea and the Rance, 45 minutes from Mont St Michel, Rennes or Brocéliande...

It is equipped with two double bedrooms, (heated and air-conditioned), a bathroom, a living room with TV and wood stove, a kitchen with fridge, crisp oven, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, an outdoor lounge, barbecue, a brazier and a private jacuzzi. IMPORTANT! CEILING HEIGHT 1.80 m!

Le Manoir du "Bois Joly" dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it's surrounded by fields, meadows, and woods. In the 19th century, he made himself known by his Percheron horse farm. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in respect of the traditional architecture of the Perche. To share this exciting history, the Vintage Roulotte welcomes you! Change of scenery guaranteed in our 1970s caravan! We offer our little gem that can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, on our wooded land, in the countryside between Brittany & Normandy. Small unusual cocoon on our land but independent and not facing our residential house. Three small beds are at your disposal (vintage dimensions: 1 mattress 1 person 70 x 190 and 1 new mattress (narrow) 2 people 120 x 175.
