Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden. Home-cooked meals of homegrown or local produce available on request, as well as visits of our mini-farm and garden. Well-appointed kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and coffee maker.

Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village.

Near Annoville beach, magnificent protected dunar cord (Conservatory of the Litoral) in a small quiet hamlet, we have renovated the floor of a barn. It is a small 2 room cocoon for 2 adults + a mezzanine office space. A garden is accessible with picnic table, deckchairs and barbecue. We provide free bikes for beautiful easy walks by the sea. La Maison de Fessanvilliers, a house with character

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available. THE OPEN AND HEATED POOL IS OPEN JUNE-SEPTEMBER.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
