City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). Upstairs is the full bathroom and both bedrooms. Enjoy a seat on the upper balcony or hang out on the brick patio below. Please note: there is a 24-hour bar next door. It does get loud at night. I have a sound machine to help drown the noise if any guests find it bothersome.
