City bus system close by, St Charles Streetcar within walking distance and only $7-$9 by Uber or Lyft into the center of the city. Parking outside right in front of the house. (Of course, on occasion, you may have to park a couple spots away, however it's rarely a problem to park right in front). This home is not owner occupied, but owner is local and will be available for any questions or concerns. This cottage is two blocks from St. Charles Ave., a major (family-friendly) parade route during Mardi Gras and main thoroughfare to get around the city. Conveniently steps away from many restaurants, bars, and a small grocery store. The St. Charles Ave. streetcar will take you to the French Quarter and to the uptown area where you can visit Loyola or Tulane Universities and the can't miss Audubon Park (and zoo). Cost is $1.25 to ride. From there, jump on a bus to get to the other areas of the city. Free street parking is available. Bike Share station close by.
