We had a wonderful stay at Marci’s Airbnb — we truly didn’t want to leave! The space was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Marci went above and beyond with personal touches like fresh flowers, wine, and cookies, which made us feel so welcome and at home. Every detail was just right. Highly recommend this lovely spot — we hope to come back!

Great little cozy spot!! Quiet neighborhood! Perfect location! With a small view of the ocean!! Close to Wharf, Cannery Row, Aquarium & 17 mile drive! Easy access in & out of neighborhood to main roads!

We stayed at this house for one night and it was one of the best nights we had on this road trip. The house is very nice and clean and full of amenities that made us feel like home! We love the golf simulator as well and it kept me and my kids busy for a while!! It also has a nice ocean view from the window and makes this place even better! The hose is super responsive and even gifted us a bottle of wine!! I would highly recommend and come back again!

The place was great, literally across the street from the beach, super clean and comfortable, and the best part was the kayak, which we took out in the morning and we were able to see dolphins, sea lions, and otters fantastic!!

We selected the home to celebrate a 60th birthday with siblings. It was perfect for our group of five. We walked (and ran) on the beach, did puzzles, made meals together, and spent quality time just hanging out. Kitchen has everything one could need. Plenty of supplies. Clear instructions and expectations. We’d absolutely return.

We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

We absolutely adored our stay at this charming cottage! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by its perfectly staged design and stylish touches. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into providing great amenities, including a coffee pot, hairdryer, and plenty of soap, making our stay incredibly comfortable. They even gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us to their home! The cottage was also spotlessly clean. We especially enjoyed the fire pit out front for evening relaxation. There was a tenant in a smaller house behind the main one, but they were no bother at all; we barely saw or heard them. The location and neighborhood were fantastic, perfect for leisurely day/nighttime walks with its beautiful plant life, amazing homes and pristine streets. It was also incredibly convenient to walk into town for dinner and shopping. As four close girlfriends, the two bedrooms were ideal for us to double up, and the extra half bath was a huge plus. We highly recommend this listing!

Dean’s place was great in terms of location, size and privacy. We’re familiar with pacific grove/monterey area so we knew what we were looking for. The house has (2) bathrooms which is great and appreciated as (1) bathroom abnb in the area are commonplace but with more than 3 people it’s great to have 2. House is located directly across from ocean walking path. You cross street and you are on the water-10 min walk to aquarium, cannery row, 10 min walk the other direction and you’re at lovers point restaurant. 10 min walk to downtown PG for many restaurants. Clean house, would stay there again for sure. Wife and I were there this time with 17yo nephew, 14yo and 12 yo sons. Plenty of space.

I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

Overall we had a great time at ORV rental. We know the area well and love to visit for the day but this trip we wanted to stay for a couple of days. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. We did have trouble finding the 4 accommodating bath towels for our party of 4 but eventually did locate the remaining two towels. The adjoining guests in the apartment next door were quite loud and the sound very easily traveled into our unit. There’s not much that can be done about that at this point but something to be aware of. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

Perfect, relaxed retreat for two people. The space was cozy, cute small kitchen, patio to eat on. Up in the trees. Beautiful neighborhood which was close to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel. Literally one turn from 17 Mile Drive. We hiked, snorkeled, sea kayaked, went to farmer's markets, all an easy drive from this accommodation. We cooked each night on the small kitchen and it had everything we needed. Russell was a great host!

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at Fidel’s place and it was truly a wonderful stay. It was very close to Monterey and Carmel. The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom and everything was very nice and neat. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Quiet, peaceful, quaint apartment. Felt very cozy & welcoming. Good location to explore Monterey & surrounding area. Full kitchen, comfy bed, very tasteful antique decor. Lovely courtyard, felt very safe. Street parking. Leo’s is a very responsive host.

The studio is well laid out and has high quality cabinets and furniture. It had the best stocked kitchen we have seen in an Airbnb. The views were very nice. The skylights were great. So much natural light. Parking on the street was OK. Definitely hope to stay again.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. The outdoor fireplace is such a thoughtful amenity. THANK YOU, Lisa!

As described, great location walkable easily to shops/restaurants/beach. Quiet location and thoughtful extras like makeup removal wipes, qtips, and popcorn.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home is amazing. Looked even better than the photos showed. The view is to die for. I literally could have stayed there all day just gazing at the sea. Lots of space , comfortable settee. Kitchen great. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Parking outside was great. Short walk to a lovely beach. 10 mins to Capitola. 15 mins to Santa Cruz Living in the UK I don’t know when we will be back in California but if we do this is the only home I want to stay in. Loved every minute here and was sorry to leave.
