Thats the thing i was needed. Relaxing and peaceful environment. The host was responsive to all of our need and left a personal gift for us.

Wonderful, tranquil location with many intersting places to visit within driving distance. The drive up to the house from the village was a bit daunting, but well worth the effort, once there.

The place allows for a total relaxation in nature. There is a beautiful waterfall and eco trails near. The house is comfortable for cooking. There is a barbecue dug in the courtyard and various coffee and relaxation corners with a marvelous view. It was very clean. Host is responsive.

The perfect little spot for a little bit of privacy. No neighbors, just the nice noise of the river, the lovely BBQ and the large yard. Everything was perfect. I recommend!

The place is FABULOUS! There are no other houses nearby, quiet place (well, you can hear the cars passing by, but believe me - you won't actually notice) with everything you need for a long stay. Guests can order from a restaurant over the phone (like a dozen pages with various dishes, salats, deserts etc) AND order some groceries the same way. Everything is delivered to the villa within 1 hour (if not sooner). Comfortable beds, stylish design of the rooms, awesome bathrooms, spacious yard with barbecue and a swing. And yes - there is a secret path to the Krushuna waterfalls :-)

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Ostrets! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is a bit outside the town center, but that only added to the charm—it's in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxation. Finding the villa was a little tricky at first, and we had some trouble with the TV channels, but Magdalena was incredibly helpful in resolving both issues quickly. Her assistance made us feel truly welcome and taken care of.

Great view, well equipped house, host super responsive and always ready to help! Great for a big family gatherings - had space and everything we needed.

In short: just great! If you are looking for connection to nature and simple life, Marin is the place to be. The accommodation is rustic yet offers all the "luxury" you don't want to miss today. We stayed 3 nights, but could have stayed there for 3 weeks. All around nature, mountains, forests, rivers and animals. Perfect for walking and drifting. The path to the property itself also offers the first step towards deceleration. Marin is an extremely accommodating host (even though we didn't meet him in person) and his family is also lovely. We will be happy to come back! :-)

The place is great. At the foot of the balkan, peace, tranquility and coziness. Val and Danny made the villa with desire and it looks like everything is thoughtful, down to the last detail. I highly recommend visiting.

We had a great time. Thanks for everything.. the place is great.. Double is huge.. There is everything we need.. we are visiting the place for the second time.. The first time we were family in the little house ,now we are back with friends and we will surely visit again.. I recommend it both for family with kids and for companies.

A very peaceful dream location. Victor is a great host. The two dogs we were with had a wonderful time. The house is equipped with everything you need.

It is a great place to stay for big groups that want to spend time together and feel at home at the same time. Already planning to come again.

We had a great time renting Krasimir's camper, it was very well equipped and the host even provided some additional camping gear. We are looking forward at renting the camper again.

Great place, booked the whole villa for family gathering and it was very nice. The rooms are nice and clean and the common areas and kitchen are great. Will visit again for sure

The place is extremely good for big companies with or without kids. We had very good time with everything the place provides, the kids even better. Petko is very polite and responsive, seems like a very goos person. The place is even better than the pictures, I mean - the pictures paint a good one, but it's fenomenal - with the pool will be 1 in a million. 10/10 experience
