I liked it for being a quiet place. It is close to the center and the main restaurants, markets and bars of the city. It's a 10-minute quiet walk. The place is the same as the listing. I really enjoyed it.

Well located, safe, quiet and close to everything. Apartment is great for one person or a couple, it has the essentials for a stay. Marília is always very helpful and available for any questions and demands.

Pipa is too amazing! Ricardo's house is close to the beach of love, the centrinho and the chapadão. We didn't take the car once, we did everything on foot. Since we already knew pipa, we stayed in the region that we liked the most. The condominium is great, we feel super safe.

The apartment is very nice, with an excellent space for a couple, and with good structure. It has air conditioning in two environments and is quite comfortable! It was a great choice for us, both for the location and the space itself! Finally, Flávia was an excellent host, and helped us when we needed it.

The accommodation was as expected. It was in perfect condition. The kitchen has the essentials. Very nice pool, well maintained, nice place. Good attitude from the host and the security staff at the entrance to the condominium. The only thing is that if you're from Argentina, there's no kettle to heat water, but it's not a problem. I recommend it a hundred percent!

Jessica and Monica are extremely polite and super flexible. I felt very much at home in Ubaia... the place is comfortable and has a very nice leisure area. The friendliness of the professionals was a highlight. I highly recommend having coffee at the pool kiosk. The apartment is well located, close to the center (just one detail that you need to climb a slope to get to the center, nothing absurd, but a good warning to those who have difficulty getting around). There is a convenience store in front and on the corner, and during the day the hotel has its own menu. Tadeu gave great directions, the Tapas restaurant is a must! It's very close to the beach, 5 minutes' walk and we're already there. I hope to come back more often.

The stay with Dani went far beyond our expectations. The place is super organized and cozy, with a perfect location to enjoy the center of Pipa on foot. Dani was super friendly and helpful, keeping in constant contact with us, an example of a host. The only point of attention is parking for those who drive. We were able to park on the street, but it was low season. When the city is full, it must be a much more complicated task. In any case, there is a paid parking lot nearby, but it should also be full depending on the time of year. It will definitely be our first choice whenever we think about going back to Pipa!

We had a fantastic stay at Alexa! The place was spotless, very well-maintained, and perfectly located—just a short 10-minute walk (or less) to Praia do Amor, and close to the downtown center with easy access to all the bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and vibrant, ideal for both relaxing and exploring. The host was incredibly responsive—Arlindo was always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. Super recommended, and we definitely hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Great stay, Juan is a phenomenon. The place is better than in the photos, I totally recommend it, everything is positive. The only thing is that it is advisable to have a vehicle to get around the area. Thank you very much Juan, for allowing us to arrive early and leave later.

I loved everything, great host! The house is as advertised, fully equipped and organized, wonderful pool in the condominium. And the best of all is the location, close to the center where there are several restaurants, close to a supermarket, cafes, beach, access to everything in a practical way. Quiet condominium and accepts pets!!!

This is the second time I've stayed at Leonardo's apartment and it always exceeds my expectations. Magical place, very beautiful, comfortable and sophisticated. I will definitely return many times.
