Condo vacation rentals in Loutraki

A great experience, with amazing views, Katerina was awesome and communication was great!! Beach is right below at a hotel resort, you could walk about 10 min, it’s all downhill, we drove cause It was very hot, you will need a car or taxi to get into town, the summer months are too hot to walk. It’s a 5 min drive into Loutraki where there is so much to do, Corniith Canal is about 20 min drive , it’s actually closer but due to traffic it takes a bit longer during peak tourism. House is very comfortable and you feel right at home!!

Kwnstantinos was very friendly and gave us all necessary for our stay there. He had for us in the fridge water and a bottle of wine! The appartment is at a very central building, the is building quite old but the appartment renovated. It had all as mentioned in the description. There is a big balconi with table and chairs and a view mainly of mountains (but you can also see the sea). Small bathroom but it has all necessary (and a small washing machine!) There are 2 aircondions very usefull for the summer! Parking was a small issue as it is in the center but you may find space near. All in center in walking distance (bars, restaurants, the beach, the spa) i would definetaly go again

We rent this apartment at first time and we totally adore it. There is everything for comfortable living, including kitchen, bathroom, washing machine etc. We liked the balcony very much and the view from there … But the main is the distance to the sea- really 5 min, that was very important with children. Shops, restaurants, cafes, beach , the center of the city are really very close. Ioanna her mother Katerina are very good and pleasant people. They were always ready to help us and answered very quickly. I would really recommend this apartment to my friends because it was cosy, comfortable and lovely.

We loved our time in Loutraki! And this was the perfect place to stay!! right on the beach with stunning views of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is close by.

The really best location in Loutraki if you come for few days or a week or two. The building is new, private parking lot, just few meters from Paralia/pedestrian area with dozen of cafes and simple restaurants, all with comfortable recently renovated terraces with sea view, beaches with chairs and showers. Balcony with large sofa, astonished sea view, especially during sunset. I have been visiting Loutraki since 1997 and that is why I can really recommend this apartment - the best location and very good quality = value for money. One thing to consider if you travel with kids or want to be undisturbed: there is a late night life in Loutraki and you may hear some music at 00.00 in the night. Which is a part of Loutraki experience. For us as adult couple traveling this time without kids this is nothing to think about anyway.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά, ευχαριστώ πολύ τον κ.Γιωργο. Ήταν εξαιρετικός, κατατοπιστικός, ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Όσον αφορά το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο ! Ολοκαίνουριο, φανταστική τοποθεσία με θέα τη θάλασσα, πεντακάθαρο και ήσυχο ! Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Ottimo appartamento, la posizione è stupenda, nella stessa via c’è un ristorantino in cui siamo stati molto bene. Vicino alla stazione dei taxi (cosa per noi fondamentale), vicino al supermercato, bar, vari ristoranti. Il mare è proprio a un minuto a piedi. Tutto perfetto.

The appartment was really nice, spacious, clean, well furnished and equipped.The beach is just crossing the road, beach was never crowded, water was nice, some days crystal blue. We as two families spent there almost 2 weeks and really enjoyed it:).

Almost room is a very nice apartment right in the center of loutraki, one minute walk from the sea. Anastasia is a great hostess making sure we had a comfortable stay.

Logement extraordinaire, face à la mer, énormément de charme, pratique, tout est bien pensé et les propriétaires sont juste charmants. Un havre de paix !

Very good location, the apartment is located right by the beach, near the casino and at a walkable distance to the best restaurants in Loutraki. Very easy to park and a really good cost benefit.

ce logement était parfait, très propre, très joli, le grand lit très confortable! facile d'accès dans cette résidence. on a toujours trouvé de la place dans la rue pour se garer. merci pour les petites attentions telles que l'eau, le petit-déjeuner, les produits douche et cheveux dans la salle de bain . on a tout fait à pied pour aller manger au restaurant, au port... l'hôte est très réactive, explications claires...je recommande!

The family really go out of their way to make you comfortable, a very nice family. The apartment is really comfortable with amazing views and so relaxing. We will be highly recommending this property to our family and friends.

Θέλωντας να περάσουμε τρεις όμορφες μέρες στους Αγίους Θεοδώρους, επιλέξαμε το σπίτι του Ηρακλή. Πραγματικά μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι μεγάλοι και μικροί. Το σπίτι ήταν ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Η μεγάλη βεράντα του με θέα την θάλασσα μας προσέφερε στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Ο Ηρακλής καθ'όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας ήταν σε επικοινωνία μαζί μας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστούμε. Φιλικός και πολύ ευγενικός! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

We were let down last minute by another property so booked this on very short notice. We were very happy with the outcome. The apartment was very clean and cool, so even in the heat of the day we did not feel the need to use the A/C except at night. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay, both a kettle and a coffee machine The pool area was lovely, clean and well kept and although we were sharing with a large group of other people, we were still able to find an area where we could be our own. We had come over to attend a wedding and the host was able to help us with taxi numbers and calls as the taxi driver was struggling to understand where to pick us up from. Taxis to town were reasonable, a car would be needed as there are no shops or restaurants nearby All in all a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο, με υπέροχη αισθητική και minimal, αλλά ζεστή διακόσμηση που σε κάνει αμέσως να νιώθεις άνετα. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς – από κουζίνα μέχρι μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το δωμάτιο μας είχε καταπληκτική θέα που μας άφησε άφωνους – το ξύπνημα ήταν μια εμπειρία από μόνο του. Η πισίνα υπερχείλισης είναι πραγματικά εντυπωσιακή· μια όαση με ονειρική θέα στη θάλασσα, ιδανική για χαλάρωση κάθε ώρα της ημέρας! Ολόκληρο το κατάλυμα είναι μέσα στη φύση, απόλυτα γαλήνιο και ιδανικό για ουσιαστική ξεκούραση, μακριά από τη φασαρία της καθημερινότητας. Νιώσαμε πως βρεθήκαμε σε έναν μικρό παράδεισο. Τέλος, η εξυπηρέτηση και η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν υποδειγματική – η καλύτερη που έχουμε βιώσει ποτέ. Ευγένεια, επαγγελματισμός, διακριτικότητα και άμεση ανταπόκριση σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε!

Die Wohnung von Spiros empfindet man wie ein Haus. Es bietet viel Platz und hat eine gute Atmosphäre, auch dank der wundervollen Bepflanzung rings umher. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt. Von der großen Terrasse schaut man in einen Pinienwald, auch das Meer st zu sehen. Das Highlight ist der Pool. Wir hatten das Glück, ihn während 15 Tage ganz für uns zu haben. Die Ruhe ist einmalig. Das Meer, der Ort Loutraki mit vielen Restaurants und Supermärkten sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Spiros und seine Mutter waren immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten wunderbar erholsame Tage dort.

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

We had an amazing experience,the place was just perfect, peaceful, incredible views, friendly locals, the local and near by beaches (15min drive) incredible , we did a night swim with the kids,the town is very safe and peaceful. the facilities we just perfect for us and the hostess !! wow, She was very friendly, attentive and accommodating ! The amenities were just fine for us. Felt right at home , really nice views and sunsets, peaceful. 1 small supermarket with really friendly staff. One large uphill, but 1st gear and we managed 4 people , 1 ltr car . Must hire a car to get there and get about . perfect place to unwind and avoid large tourist places. We had a great time and we managed to oversee any other comments And make the most out of it. thank you !!!

Helen & Yannis are great and will make you feel at home in Greece immediately! If you are interested, they can share many different tips, including on local food. Their kindness and availability are limitless and our daughters enjoyed it a lot. The house is pure luxury as it will have anything you can dream of when you want it, from baby equipments to toys in the pool:) It’s very close from Athens International Airport (1h30 by car) and from many uncrowded beaches. We strongly recommend, probably our best holidays ever!

Άψογη διαμονή, υπέροχος και άνετος χώρος. Φανταστική θέα στην θάλασσα με πολύ ωραία πισίνα. Οι οικοδεσπότες πάντα πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. Ήσυχη περιοχή και κατάλληλη για οικογένειες με παιδάκια. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και του χρόνου με υγεία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!
