Beautiful Breton penty, completely renovated, located on the heights of Nantouar in Louannec, 1.5 km from the village where you will find all amenities (bakery, butcher/caterer, grocery store, etc.) and 10 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast. The cottage is ideally located, several beaches nearby, the favorite village of the French "Ploumanac'h" is less than 10 minutes away, 10 minutes from Perros, 30 minutes from the island of Bréhat... the ideal location to discover the Breton gems.

Enjoy an apartment completely renovated in 2022, with the character of this former hotel from the interwar period. Ideally located between the city center and the port, it has a beautiful living room with kitchen open to the living room, a quiet bedroom that overlooks a private patio with dining area.
