A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Sensational sea view at the mouth of the Aven and Belon in Port Manec'h (Névez) A prime location, a family beach within a 5-min walk by a coastal path, canoe, dinghy and catamaran rental, grocery/bread/newspapers within a 5-min walk as well and good restaurants. House with nice garden, the beach is located 400 m ( kerfany les pins) port du Belon nearby for direct purchase. The house is adjoining that of the owner and renovated in 2016 (private entrance and independent parking). Very peaceful .Bed garden to share with three chickens ...who love company. We specify that reservations for the period July /August are exclusively by the week (Saturday to Saturday)
