La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.

El apartamento cuenta con un amplio y luminoso salón a doble altura, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño. Las vistas son inigualables gracias a que se encuentra en una segunda planta y no tiene ningún edificio enfrente.
