Vacation rentals with beach access in Los Pargos

This is our second time at Nick's place and it was everything we remembered. You can walk out the back patio and in 100 feet, go right into the ocean, with great surfing right there. Short walk to Tamarindo for restaurants and shopping, but secluded enough for peace and quiet. Several small maintenance issues popped up during the 10 days, but Nick responded in 15 minutes each time and the problems were resolved in an hour or two. Great host, great location, and great communication. We'll definitely be back.

We had an amazing and unforgettable stay at the Treehouse! Colleen was such a friendly and helpful host providing very detailed instructions and local recommendations. The Treehouse was immaculate, well-appointed, and had everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked breakfast and dinner almost everyday during our stay and enjoyed the spectacular view from inside and on the patio. The only challenge we had was fighting off the bugs from outside, but just be prepared for that when traveling to Costa Rica. They’re everywhere! We were also able to enjoy the infinity pool (all to ourselves in the mornings!) which was a short walk away. Overall, a very enjoyable trip to Costa Rica. I would highly recommend staying at the Treehouse if you like privacy, amazing views, and outdoor trails.

Such a gorgeous little spot in the heart of Guiones. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but still tranquil! Check-in was so easy and clear, the communication was immediate, and though I am familiar with Nosara, the host offered a lot of information on the area and resources for potential needs (tours, transport etc.). The place was beautiful, loved the open-air kitchen - fully stocked with all of the appliances and kitchenware one might need. The room and bathroom were immaculate, beautifully designed - loved the bay window day bed! Overall had a wonderful stay, and would absolutely stay here again.

I've stayed at 2 of the Casa Aire properties and they are nice, clean and very close to restaurants and other thing in Playa del Coco. I was happy when I saw this place available and immediately booked it. Rafael and Sandra are helpful and responsive hosts and their team is on site and available if something is needed.

I really appreciate the stay in tamarindo in Stephanie apartment.she was very helpful suggesting main attractions and she also replied very quick to our request.the apartment is close to center you can reach walkimg few mins

Beautiful home, close to many restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that you can hear almost everything outside and if there are people talking or driving by it is easily heard in the bedroom but the neighbour hood is quiet otherwise, other than that it was a very comfortable stay and safe!

My girlfriend and I spent a few days at Casita Coco and we cannot say enough good about the accommodation and the hosts. The check in was very easy along with the directions provided being very clear for finding the place. There are many great beaches nearby within a short drive or walking distance in a lot of cases. The restaurant selection is also wonderful and there is a market nearby to get something to cook if you wanted to spend a nice evening in together. Lastly we were very impressed with not only the cleanliness and decor, the scenery and amenities also really stood out. We will absolutely be back as everything about Casita Coco was a positive experience for us. Thank you Claire and Christophe :)

The apartment was just perfect for our week long stay. It was huge with plenty of space. The kitchen had all the things we needed to make coffee and cocktails. We even had a full size fridge. The rooftop area was an added plus. We hung out there at night and could hear the howler monkeys. The apartment is also a 5-10 minute walk to Playa Brasalitp and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

We had a great week at Casa Verde. Joff (Housekeeper) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area (surf spots, snorkel spots, offshore fishing, La Equina, etc.), a great resource. Location of the house is awesome, far off the dusty roads that lead to the neighborhood. Monkeys and Iguanas in the trees above. Surf right down the patch. The house is huge...plenty of space to spread out. The pool was clutch on those super-hot afternoons when you just can't stand the beach/sun any longer. Don't be cheap w/ your car rental. Get a true 4x4 and explore all Costa Rica has to offer! Pura Vida! JP from NJ

This is a great place even if you never left the property it's such an enjoyable place to be we have watched the monkeys eat mangoes from the trees the rain in the evening and enjoyed the pool during the day the beach is a 3 minute drive and the home is absolutely amazing wouldn't change a thing.

Amazing place to stay with the family

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From arrival to departure we felt at home. Questions were answered immediately and our host was extremely proactive in finding or sourcing items we needed. Highly recommend their recommendation for an ATV rental, we were thrilled at having this at the place with us and made getting into town a breeze! We felt incredibly safe and everything we needed was a short distance. The house is exceptionally private and well furnished. The pool is pristine and again, the hosts are just top notch. I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and never have had such a seamless level of communication. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable trip for my family. I cannot wait to return!

Recent stay with my son and his partner whilst travelling around Costa Rica, it was a little piece of paradise, the accommodation was very comfortable for all of us, the kitchen was well equiped, the beach towels were a plus for us to use at the pool and like the bathroom towels were lovely and soft. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning and fans were great as it was very hot during our stay, the pool was a big bonus and we were able to chill and relax listening to the sounds of the birds. We were able to walk to both the local beaches which was good, but needed the 4 x 4 to access the local restaurants and further beaches. We would definitely recommend this very secure property.

For some reason the room have only hot water,but, is just an small detail, the place is so nice and calm, I will back for sure

Our family of four had a fantastic time at Villa la Pacifica. Everything was as advertised and communication with Andrew and Brenda was a breeze. We had a small issue with the lockbox upon arrival, but Andrew responded immediately and got it resolved. Views are stunning from both the interior and exterior from the moment you walk in. We loved the indoor/outdoor feel of the home with the wall of windows, although mosquitoes were out in force, so we had to keep doors shut. Despite how hot and humid it is in Costa Rica, the air conditioning in the main living area, as well as all bedrooms, was a life saver. We all slept comfortably every night between the climate control, mattresses, and linens. Lots of great food options in town, including Father Rooster's right at the bottom of the hill and directly on Playa Ocotal. Our favorites were Cafe Corazon for breakfast and lunch and Verde Salvia for dinner. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Pura Vida!

Awesome place and great host

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic Airbnb & super gracious host. Beautiful place, tons of extra amenities and well thought out provisions. Kitchen is excellent, vaulted ceilings make the unit feel very spacious. Balcony is just lovely, with great views of Tamarindo bay and sunsets in June and better than any photo could portray. Lucio goes above and beyond as a host. Highly recommend the unit and will be back.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

We had a lovely stay, great hosts and perfect location. Close to the pool , safe, quiet, very comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking. Wonderful family time !

This place has everything you need! Spices, beach chairs and towels! Well stocked for a great stay. However there is construction going on next door that we were unaware about. Otherwise this place was great!

Loved staying at Katie & Happy’s place! It was a little walk from downtown Tamarindo, but we loved making the walk and noticed a lot of people utilized the scooters all around or had rented golf carts, which we would have opted for if we brought our kids. They provided beach towels and chairs that we used often and a filtered water pitcher in the fridge so that saved us on purchasing bottled water, which was so helpful. There was a little market close by and several amazing restaurants. The pizza place across the street was the best pizza we’ve ever had and I went to the nearby snack shack for açaí bowls and coffee almost daily. Langosta was a beautiful area to stay in with close private beach access. We were also able to walk the beach to Tamarindo at low tide. We loved this place and location and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Katie & Happy!

Book it!! Perfect little space for a getaway. Literally 3 buildings down to the grocery store. Two coffee shops. Everything is walkable which would save you in horrific rental costs of vehicles. We may be back at the end of May and we would book this place again no question.
