Amazing apartment for holiday rental located in Los Alcazares, 50 m from the sea. The apartment is decorated with attention to every detail so that the guests feel comfortable, it is also fully equipped. A terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful gardens with exotic plants allows you to relax. The beach isa 3-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of water attractions surfing , kitessurfing , windsurf school, swimming club, water equipment rental ( Spinosa Center ) etc.

A well-lit living area features a comfortable chair and a small side table, with natural light streaming through large curtains. A television is situated on a low cabinet, and a potted plant adds a touch of greenery to the space.

The house has been completely renovated in May 2021. The house is on the ground floor, with no steps. The shower is very wide and you can access it without scans, which makes the house perfect for the elderly or disabled. There are two accesses, from the parking area you access the apartment through the kitchen and from the entrance door of the street you access the lounge. The house is located about 200m from the beach and there are several shops within three minutes by car.

A bright living area features a pink sofa and two chairs, all adorned with floral-patterned throws. A white desk with a computer sits nearby, and large windows allow natural light to flood the space. Access to a small patio is visible through glass doors.
