Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Los Gatos

Nalin's home was spacious and comfortable for my family (5 adults) and 2 small dogs when we came to stay for my brother's graduation in mid-May. We asked Nalin if we could park a 5'x8' cargo U-Haul trailer and were able to park our truck with the trailer right in front of the house with no problem. Everyone had comfortable beds to sleep on, especially the pull-out couch that turned into a full/queen sized bed. We had a quiet neighborhood, so no unexpected party noises around us. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dinnerware to use for all of us, especially a water boiler for out tea and coffee! Mom loved the backyard area with the beautiful greenery and sitting area. I loved the shower pressure, although my dad mentioned the showerhead position was a little short for his height (I'm pretty petite and my dad is about 6'). Overall it was a great stay!

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

10/10 would recommend, and if visiting the area again would look forward to returning to stay with Carrie again. Nice, calm, safe neighborhood with optimal privacy. Carrie was in touch the whole time and made sure our stay felt like home. Thank you!!

Michelle was the most responsive ans friendliest host I have ever stayed with. We even were flexible to work with trash and changing circumstances on the fly with grace and class. On top of that, local reccomendation and almost daily communication made me feel less like a guest and more like a family member. We had a wonderful time during our recent stay at Sean's place. The house is so spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the large kitchen; it never felt crowded, even with a few of us in there at once. We also really appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was with all the pots, pans, plates, and other essentials we needed. Our kids absolutely adored the pool area! It was beautiful and private, and they had so much fun with the basketball hoop. They also loved watching the hummingbirds at the backyard water fountain and the rabbits hopping around in the garden. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thanks for hosting us!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. We stayed at this place for 3 days while organising an event in Santa Clara. The place turned out to be perfect for us as it was quite spacious, both inside and out. It’s also located in a very peaceful and walkable neighborhood. Also, I rented a 4Runner and was afraid of the parking situation but to my pleasant surprise I was able to easily park inside the compound. More than the place, I’m impressed with Rainee and Steven, who were amazing hosts! They went out of their way to help us out with some power tools that we needed during our stay. I’m really grateful for that

We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

We had a great day at Michelle’s place. It was clean and the instructions were easy to follow. It is a small walk to the beach, but certainly doable if you’re in good shape. Would gladly stay there again.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Lisa was very friendly and responsive. She not only provided clear instructions, flexible check-in, but also shared many great local dinning options, which were super helpful for our family of five. The condo was kept spotless with comfortable king size bed, bunkbed that my boys love, a beautiful swirling love seat that my daughter loved to sit in while watching sea birds catching fish using the binocular provided! Our family specifically loved the fireplace on the balcony. It was just perfect for us to enjoy the cozy night chatting and laughing by the fire while listening to the ocean waves NorCal beaches can be very chilling at night. The outdoor fireplace is such a thoughtful amenity. THANK YOU, Lisa!

Jennifer’s Capitola Breeze (Unit B) is perfect for family gatherings and vacations. Absolutely convenient location for walking downtown, shopping, restaurants and beach access. Convenient garage parking. Condo includes amenities in every room. Jennifer (Host) provided detailed instructions and information that made us feel at home. She was responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. Definitely a gem of a place to stay!!

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

This home is amazing. Looked even better than the photos showed. The view is to die for. I literally could have stayed there all day just gazing at the sea. Lots of space , comfortable settee. Kitchen great. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Plenty of towels. Parking outside was great. Short walk to a lovely beach. 10 mins to Capitola. 15 mins to Santa Cruz Living in the UK I don’t know when we will be back in California but if we do this is the only home I want to stay in. Loved every minute here and was sorry to leave.

Such a lovely home in a beautiful & convention location. The homeowner had answers to questions before we even knew we had them, obviously showing the thought and care that has been put into their hospitality. Thank you for the peaceful weekend♥️

A very nice location with many super markets (whole food, Walmart etc.) nearby. The place is neat and clean with all the things you need. The host is very kind and responsive.
