There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door. The Smart tv is strategically placed so that you can see it from the patio too, just turning it.
