The home was completely remodeled in 2016 with a chef's kitchen, large island seating area, spacious living room and high ceilings throughout. There's a clean, well maintained hot tub under giant Eucalyptus trees. Enjoy fast wireless Internet (300Mbps), a full range of cable TV channels on two flat screen TVs, Sonos music and access to a number of streaming video services.

Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it on my first visit and I knew it was for me. I decided, after spending the last few months pouring my heart into the property, the ranch house and the Saloon, that I wanted to share it with others. The wifi is good, there is lots of parking, you can invite friends for dinner and you might even see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Small gatherings allowed w/ permission.
