The place is very nice and centrally located. Erika responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. We would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

The accommodation is lovingly furnished. Here and there, something could still be cleaned up. For example, the ventilation slots on the towel dryer in the bathroom. We stayed at the property for one night. Completely adequate for the overnight stay. We didn't use anything in the kitchen, so I can't say if everything is functional. But everything is available, such as an oven, water surface, raclette and toaster.

I would recommend this place without detours. Very nice and central apartment in Valence. Everything was perfect!

We were looking for peaceful accommodation for a reunion with friends, and we were won over by Anne-Marie's villa. The living room opens onto the garden surrounded by pastures, the pool and its deckchairs, the terrace for lunch... Everything was perfect for unwinding. It's the most beautiful house we've stayed in in recent years. The host leaves her family home as it is, for guests she does not know and offers access to a complete pharmacy, all the ingredients in the kitchen, still and sparkling water in bottles at will, linens including towels in abundance. All these little touches and trust contribute to feeling comfortable and respected from the outset, inspiring mutual respect. The house is huge, full of nooks and crannies that allow you to cohabit without stepping on each other. The garden is very well maintained, beautiful, with a prolific wisteria that shelters a flock of birds that frolic in the morning and evening. No vis-à-vis, very nice pool, absolute calm, a well-stocked proxi (meat +++) 200 m away, 2 restaurants/bar, hiking trails next to the house, and Laurence's very wise visiting advice. The apartment was in great condition and was very comfortable. The view out the front door was beautiful. Tain l Hermitage was a great spot to spend a couple of nights. Jenny was very helpful and so friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Valerie's place, absolutely delightful. A perfect place to press the pause button and recharge your batteries. One of the first things I noticed was the silence, no noise, no traffic. Just nature and your own footsteps. Valerie is such a kind and caring host, she created a beautiful cocoon to retreat yourself and fully submerge in the stunning natural surroundings. The place was very clean and comfortable, decorated with a lot of taste, beautiful wood structures and natural elements. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back.

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.
