Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Loreto, Milan

Great stay in Milan for 2. Location is superb, easy access to public transport and surrounding area felt safe/residential. Unit was private, comfortable, and well-described. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

My flight into Milan was 10 hours late, and I didn’t get to the hideaway until about midnight. Charles was available, helpful, and extraordinarily kind. When I entered the adorable apartment I found a bottle of prosecco, pasta, sauce, pretzels, etc. He allowed me to check out late because of my exhaustion - and when I overslept THAT deadline, the cleaning woman helped me pack up my things and get them to my car. All I saw of Milan was Charles’s lovely, cozy apartment, and I’ll come back every time. I can’t recommend this apartment - or Charles - highly enough.

extremely nice house which is really very close to the metro which is convenient to get to the city centre and the duomo. really a lot of facilities in the house that is well furnished and fully stocked

Diana and Franck’s place is a great apartment near Milano Centrale (~15 mins walk). Franck was so kind to pick us up at the train station. Apartment is new and fully stocked with anything one may need! A/C was a lifesaver during our stay. The bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep. All in all, it was a great experience!

Jacopo 호스트 너무 친절하고 먼저 연락하지 않아도 체크인 당일 늦은 비행기 도착이었는데 직접 안내해줘서 너무 좋았어요! 청결하고 반려견과 지내기에 숙소가 조용해서 정말 편히 쉬다가 갑니다. 다만 침대가 조금 불편하더라구요! 아주 작은 단점이지만 그외에는 모든게 완벽했습니다.

We had a fantastic stay at Mauro’s place! The apartment is beautifully appointed, super spacious, and full of natural light — the windows look right out over a lovely historic plaza, which made mornings especially enjoyable. The building itself has so much character and charm, and the terrace was a real highlight for us — perfect for breakfast and a quiet coffee to start the day. The location couldn’t be better for sightseeing and shopping — everything was so walkable, and there’s even an amazing restaurant right in the plaza (seriously, don’t miss it). Even though the area is lively, the apartment itself was peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. Also, important for the hot summer days, it was well air conditioned for comfort. Mauro was a great host — super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort, style, and a great spot to explore the city from!

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Mariagrazia was a great host, she was so responsive and flexible when our plans changed. She was helpful in providing local recommendations, a map of the area, and answered all of our random questions with grace. The flat was the perfect size for 8 of us, and well appointed, we didn’t want for anything. The location was perfect for walking to the sites we wanted to see. If you’re looking for a beautiful Italian experience, a clean place to rest, and a walkable location, look no further.

We had a great stay! Maria was incredibly attentive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience—offering helpful advice and tips throughout our trip. The apartment itself was spotless, very comfortable, and well-organised. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a welcoming space, and as a guest, you really benefit from the clear and well-kept rules. The location is also a major plus—there’s a metro stop right outside, which made getting around the city really convenient. Highly recommend!

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en el departamento y todo estuvo bien! La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos metros de una estación de metro, barrio tranquilo. El depto es chico pero para 1/2 personas está perfecto. Enrica siempre estuvo muy atenta y amable, lo recomendamos!

Best Stay! Don’t hesitate to book this property. Absolutely stunning, quiet and so well designed. My daughter and I have been traveling for a week and London and Paris and this was the first time we had a great nights rest. So comfortable, extra touches, amazing hosts, we will be back to stay again in the future. Perfect.

We appreciated the home comforts of Andrea's place. The simple things, the ability to self cater, the washing machine and dryer, and air-conditioning. The locality was safe and interesting. Thank you Andrea.

My partner and I were only there for 1 night and we both agreed we wish we stayed longer. The place was in a perfect area, very close to the main train station and a 1 minute walk to the metro line which takes you straight to the Duomo and other lines in Milan. The Host was very responsive, accommodating, and had great communication prior to check in as well as day of. He even included a video on where the place is and how to get in which was a very nice touch and helpful for a smooth check in. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Milan. The place had all the amenities we would need, perfect size, clean, as well as safe and secure. Thank you for the lovely stay.

사진으로 보이는 것보다 집이 더 넓게 느껴졌고 발코니도 있어서 아주 편안했습니다. 침구도 깨끗했고 욕실도 아주 청결했어요. 주방 도구들도 매우 깔끔하게 관리되어 있어 저는 요리를 하진 않았지만 요리하고 싶은 여행객들에게도 안성맞춤일 것 같아요! 또 세탁기(+세제)와 건조기가 마련되어 있어 여행을 마무리하는데 안성맞춤이었습니다. 다만 처음 사용해보아 작동시키는데 조금 어려움이 있어서 설명서 같은 것이 있으면 도움이 될 것 같아요. 첸트랄레 근처 호텔들이 가격대비 컨디션이 좋지 않다고 느꼈는데, 그에 비해 훨씬 넓은 방에서 적당한 가격에 묵을 수 있어 만족했습니다! 단점은 방음이 완전히 되지 않아 옆집에서 파티를 하는 소리가 잘 들렸습니다.
