Loft vacation rentals in Loreto, Milan

Fantastic location- right in the center of town and walkable to almost anywhere. We had a bit of a setback with a stolen bag (keep your belongings close while in the city) and Guglielmo was amazingly responsive and helpful. We could not have asked for a better host to help us with a tricky situation. 5 stars on location and host.

All I can say is WOW. Wait until you step onto that balcony and get the view, you will understand exactly what I mean. Stunning views, gracious host, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend.

Everything is perfect Clean house and really great location

The place is conveniently located near the Porta Garibaldi station, which is great if you’re coming from a different city. As other reviewers have pointed out, the place has an interesting layout with the spiral staircase and the toilet / shower being on separate floors, it was tough at times going up and down the stairs. This space comfortably fits 2-4 people, 6 might be a lot given there’s only one full bath but there are enough beds for 6 people. FYI the shower area is smaller than I expected, it was manageable for me since I’m short and petite but might be tough for someone taller / larger. I appreciated the AC units in the place since the weather was unexpectedly hot when we were visiting. Annalisa was responsive and helpful! She messaged promptly and met us in front of the place at check in. She even sent a long list of local spots which we appreciated. I recommend this spot for the location and price!

Our stay in Milano was greatly facilitated by Cristina's apartment. We are happy to walk 30 minutes at a time, but highlight areas are all quite a bit closer than 30 minutes. Sleep at night is a plus/minus: on the plus side the bed is firm (just the way we like it) but there is a chance an ambulance or two might go by at any hour of the night. Cristina keeps the place spic and span, which shows her level of care to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This is SUCH a unique place. We absolutely loved staying here. Such a neat spot.

The hosts are responsive and friendly. The house has a very good location and walkable to all the places you need to visit in Milan.

It is a good distance for sightseeing in Milan Cathedral, and safe security was guaranteed. Alberto and Frenzesca were close by, so communication was smooth and convenient.

I have to say out of all my Airbnb experiences, this has to be the best one! Livia is the sweetest person you could ever meet! Trust me I know because I met her in person couple times throughout my stay. She is so cute and funny, she made my stay an unforgettable experience!! For starters the apartment was so beautiful, those pictures don't do it justice. The location is absolutely perfect, you can walk to Stazione Milano Centrale in 13-15 mins. Or Sondrio metro stop which is a 10-13 min walk. Take metro to go to Duomo easily. Great restaurants all around, but also Tigros for groceries to cook in the kitchen of the Airbnb! Not only that, but the neighbors!! I swear everyone came together and welcomed me, I've never had this experience anywhere else!! Also the millioms of compliments I got on not only the Airbnbs beauty, but also when having the huge windows wide open. The people that pass by all fall in love with the Bingo Bongo poster hanging on the wall. Which Adriano grew up there!!

10/10 definitely will be coming back host was above and beyond

Marzio is an Amazing host & we absolutely love his apartment. The apartment is decorated very stylish & the beds were extremely comfortable and a very nice kitchen and bathroom. This is the second time we have stayed here and we are very happy with the property and the surrounding area with all the wonderful restaurants and beautiful sites to see. Marzio was always there for anything we needed he went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this lovely loft!!

The place was very convenient for a Four night stay. The loft was spacious and visibly appealing. Walkable distance from the metro and very close to the shopping and thrifting areas. Extremely good restaurants close by too. Had an excellent experience.

The home is very well located, in one of the best regions of Milan to stay, close to bars and restaurants in a safe region. The downside is that there were many instructions to read (a multi-page pdf), which made communication poorly objective, especially for those who are traveling to different places and stay in multiple accommodations. The most important information could be more summarized. It was also somewhat bureaucratic to check in through a website of its own… it seems to me to be a very professional group, and I understand that this is part of their internal organization, but again it makes things unobjective for those who are staying in various places. The standard checkout times (10 am) is too early, but kindness has extended us another hour. It must be catered for the amount of water available limited for the bath (this information could be more evident). The hostess was very kind and helpful.

Had a great Stay at Marco and Francesca's place. Very easy walk to city Life and MiCo, As well as public transport to the duomo and other attractions. Overall The place is suitable for single or young couple, as The stairs might be dangerous for small kids. One thing I didn't like was the building being not very sound proof, but luckily there wasn't too much noise during my stay.
