Condo vacation rentals in Loreto

Lo spazioso appartamento è situato a soli 10min a piedi dalla spiaggia e a 5min da un market; in più, la ferrovia non ci ha dato affatto fastidio. Maria Silvia non ha potuto conoscerci di persona, ma ha fatto di tutto per essere ugualmente presente dall'inizio alla fine (e oltre), e ci è riuscita alla grande! Una volta arrivati nella zona abbiamo faticato a trovare l'alloggio, in quanto dalla mappa di Airbnb l'indirizzo non risulta preciso, ma sua mamma, la signora Santina, che abita di fianco all'appartamento, è stata super gentile, carina e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per raggiungerlo; la stessa gentilezza di Maria Silvia, che si è spesa molto per fornirci molti consigli utili sulle attività da svolgere (ristoranti, stabilimento balneare, escursioni, giro con la canoa ecc.). Ci ha anche proposto di stare 1 giorno in più visto il brutto tempo e, quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il wi-fi, non ha esitato a chiamarmi per risolvere! Consigliato!

Gospodarze to przemili ludzie i byli bardzo pomocni ze wszystkimi wskazówkami co warto zwiedzić i jak tam dojechać. W mieszkaniu czuliśmy się jak u siebie. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i zadbane, dużym plusem były dwa balkony i dostępne leżaki. Było to jedno z lepiej wyposażonych mieszkań w jakich byliśmy, nie brakowało niczego - w kuchni oprócz garnków talerzy czy sztućców były również podstawowe przyprawy, kawa i herbata. W kuchni i łazience była dostępna potrzebna chemia gospodarcza, a łazienka była też wyposażona w kosmetyki. Lokalizacja tuż nad supermarketem to strzał w dziesiątkę, oprócz tego mieliśmy blisko do dworca kolejowego i dużego przystanku autobusowego więc było łatwo poruszać się po okolicy. Bardzo miło zaskoczył nas fakt że mogliśmy się później wymeldować w dniu wyjazdu. Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce na pobyt! 😊

Ci siamo fermati una settimana da Iacopo ed è stato come essere a casa nostra. L' appartamento è molto confortevole, dotato di ogni comodità. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito. Se volete visitare Macerata, consiglio di soggiornare da Iacopo, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza.

Fünf Sterne für diese extrem saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir haben es als sehr großzügig empfunden, dass vieles, das wir dachten einkaufen zu müssen (z. B. Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee) schon vorhanden war. Außerdem gab es angenehm viel Schrankplatz und eine sehr effektiv arbeitende Klimaanlage. Zehn Sterne (schade, dass das nicht geht) für Robertas herzliche und jederzeit über das Erwartbare hinausgehende Betreuung ihrer Gäste! Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in einem quirligen, multi-ethnischen Stadtviertel. Sie liegt an einer schattigen Allee mit breitem Fußgänger-Areal in der Mitte. Wie auch schon andere Gäste hier berichteten, haben wir uns auch nachts sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat tatsächlich eine attraktive Lage: Ganz genau gegenüber ein riesiger COOP-Supermarkt, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und einen kleinen Busbahnhof 'um die Ecke'. So ist man in Minuten in allen Ecken der Stadt. Das ist super günstig: Ein Wochen-Ticket für zwei Personen kostet nur 12 €.

Oliver è stato un host molto gentile disponibile e simpatico. L' appartamento era perfetto e molto pulito. La casa si trova in un' ottima posizione, comoda per girare il centro a piedi. Grazie mille per tutto!

We had a great time. 🙏❤️ For other tourists: keep in mind it’s better to have a car, otherwise it’s quite difficult to get around. All the time indications are considered by moving by car: Beaches; 14-20 min. Really great: Marcelli (for kids) Numana, Urbani, Mezzavalle, Osimo: very nice medieval village: 10 min. Recommended: Caffe del corso. Very particular tasty desserts 😉 Ancona: 15-20 min. Supermarket: 5 min. You definitely should visit Sirolo. Consider that we had vacation beginning of June. Even though not crowded at all in this period, parking is not always easy when you go to the beach.

Boutiques House Appartamento nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni confort. Posizione comoda per accesso spiaggia o supermercato 5 minuti a piedi. I propritari gentilissimi e superdisponibili, residenti in loco. Consigliato!

We stayed for 9 days in Numana - lovely little resort, very relaxed with easily accessible amenities like cafes, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Marie-Luisas spot was perfect to come back to every day, particularly the shady private garden where we could dry clothes & read in the peace. The appt had everything you need for a holiday stay

Davide's was very friendly, reactive and flexible, even if we booked the flat last minute. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and it accomodated everyone super well. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and everything you may need. I can definitely recommend!

Giulia ci ha accolto in questa casa bellissima su una collina, da cui si vede il mare e un paesaggio mozzafiato. La pulizia era impeccabile e la casa dispone di tutte le necessità per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Consigliatissima!

We had a wonderful time in Fermo. Fabrizio’s flat was ideally situated for access to the town. He guided us into the premises assisted us with our luggage and provided car parking passes. The flat had a historic charm, the ceiling murals were outstanding and the views from the bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous. Fabrizio communicated with us throughout our stay in a very friendly manner and was generous with what was provided. I would highly recommend this property.

Host disponibile, cordiale, abbiamo subito instaurato un rapporto amichevole. Abbiamo fatto con lui una bellissima gita in barca sulla riviera del Conero, con spiegazioni dettagliate del territorio. Ringraziamo Francesco per il fantastico soggiorno.

Vi har haft förmånen att bo i Dinos lägenhet. Jag upplever boendet som hemtrevligt och välkomnande, allt var rent och ordningsamt och hade allt det vi behövde för våra dagar i lägenheten. Dino var en enastående värd i allt från de initiala instruktionerna hur man tog sig, var man hittar parkeringen osv, tills dess vi lämnade lägenheten. Han var nåbar väldigt snabbt vid frågor. Han erbjöd oss dessutom att att låna cyklar så vi kunde bege långt en bra bit söderut utmed strandpromenaden. Jag skulle gärna återkomma igen.

Siamo stati molto bene. Alloggio come da descrizione in ottima posizione x esplorare i dintorni. Andrea è un host veramente gentile, ci ha accolto di persona facendoci trovare in cucina delle Pizzette,succhi e una bottiglia di vino. consigliato.

Todo estaba limpio y en condiciones, es un pueblo tranquilo con una playa muy bonita… gracias x la recomendación nos encantó!

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Serena è stata impeccabile sia nella fase precedente al nostro soggiorno, con informazioni puntuali e precise, sia durante il soggiorno, facendoci sentire come a casa in tutto. Abbiamo soggiornato solo due giorni come "coda" di una vacanza in Puglia ed abbiamo potuto apprezzare tuttavia tutti i confort dell'appartamento e le facility della zona: spiaggia, pineta, ristoranti, ... Da consigliare senz'altro!

Angela e suo marito sono stati gentilissimi, la casa si trova a ridosso della spiaggia, piacevole anche fuori stagione

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza a casa di Vittorio. L'appartamento è ottimo, ma abbiamo apprezzato ancor di più gli spazi esterni: la grande terrazza dall'appartamento, il parco in cui è immersa la casa e la piscina. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari e il panorama è fantastico! Vittorio e la sua famiglia sono ospiti cordiali e premurosi. Consigliatissimo!

The warm welcome we received made us feel right at home, and the Italian coziness of the space, created by Aldo and his wife, added a special charm that made the stay even more memorable. Laura und Alessandro sind tolle Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Absolut ruhig, mit tollen Ausblick. Meine Kinder haben vor allem den Pool geliebt.
