Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung! 😊 Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass zwei Fahrräder inklusive waren – so konnten wir die Umgebung bequem erkunden. Miriam hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der Obstkorb und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts – besonders die hervorragende Küchenausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die flexiblen An- und Abreisezeiten haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Miriam für ihre Unterstützung und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

Gugu ist sehr sympathisch, war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich war zwei Monate in der Wohnung und habe mich richtig zuhause gefühlt. Der Garten und die Terasse sind ein kleines Paradies, die Wohnung ist schön und sauber und entspricht ganz den Beschreibungen. Ich kann Gugu und das Appartement wärmstens empfehlen. RF

Sehr schöne, charmant eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Anwesens mit riesigem Park und großen Bäumen, ganz wunderbar. Vicopisano ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und einer hervorragenden Gelateria. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder ans Meer. Die Besitzerin Martina hat uns sehr nett empfangen, es gab auch einen Begrüssungskorb. Auf Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Es gibt eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato un weekend nei pressi di Pisa. Il sabato siamo arrivati a Casciana terme e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del posto sia in termini di bellezza, sia di tranquillità. L'appartamento ben curato, pulito e accogliente e l'host Michela ci ha dato subito un caloroso benvenuto. La sera abbiamo cenato in una fantastica osteria, che abbiamo scelto tra i tanti ristoranti che c'erano. La domenica mattina siamo ripartiti e in 40 minuti nemmeno eravamo a Pisa. Casciana terme è un bellissimo Borghetto immerso nella natura dove andare se si cerca qualcosa di tranquillo.

Einfach nur wow! Wir kommen ab nun öfters hier her. Um Urlaub zu machen oder auch wochenweise von hier aus zu arbeiten! Es ist eine total ruhige Gegend, alles super sauber und die Vermieterin war suuuuper freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es jedem empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir in Zukunft noch Platz bekommen ☺️ Danke für alles und bis bald

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Querceto verbracht. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn und hervorragend zu erreichen. Auch das Meer, diverse tolle Restaurants und Städte wie Volterra oder Siena liegen sehr nah. Besonders die Einwohner von Querceto und die Liebe zu Ihrem Ort haben uns beeindruckt. Unser Appartement war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, lediglich Kleinigkeit hätten wir uns noch gewünscht (Putzzeug, Haken für ein Handtuch im Bad). Das ist aber nicht der Rede wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können einen Aufenthalt im bezaubernden Querceto nur empfehlen.

Très bel appartement , avec une belle hauteur sous plafond , confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait, un peu à l’écart du plein centre qui reste accessible à pieds très facilement. Il y a également des restaurants de qualité autour . Nous recommandons.

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

L’appartamento di Niccolò è stato perfetto per il mio soggiorno di due notti: spazioso, curato e davvero bellissimo. Si trova in una zona splendida, tranquilla, pulita ed elegante, a due passi dai Giardini Bardini – una posizione davvero ideale per godersi Firenze con calma. Un dettaglio che ho molto apprezzato è stata la grande disponibilità di Niccolò, che si è dimostrato super flessibile rispetto alle mie esigenze lavorative, permettendomi di attaccarmi a una presa e utilizzare la connessione Internet fin da subito. L’appartamento era già pronto all’arrivo, anche prima dell’orario previsto, il che è stato comodissimo. Tornerò sicuramente! Consigliatissimo! 🙏🏾♥️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

Wir haben zu zweit mitte Mai Donatellas Mini-Appartment elf Tage bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Auf ca 20m2 alles vom Feinsten und sehr sauber. Mit dem Leihwagen besuchten wir von dort aus Livorno , Pisa,San Giminiano, Volterra, Lucca und Florenz. Dazwischen genossen wir Ruhetage auf der schönen Terrasse. Donatella empfahl uns ihren Strandabschnitt 'Lido di Tirrenia" ,wo wir Strandtage unter ihrem Sonnenschirm/Stühle verbrachten. Wir lieben das Landleben und empfehlen die 'Oase des Friedens ' uneingeschränkt weiter.

Appartamento semplicemente stupendo, mi sono trovato subito a mio agio. Luca molto disponibile e posizione vantaggiosa. Consiglio a tutti!!

This is a great location and a wonderful apartment! Marusca was very accommodating when we arrived early and she let us store our bags in the apartment. She took the time to show us a map of the city and make recommendations of some very good restaurants that are frequented by locals. She was also kind enough to call us a taxi to the airport the day of our departure. Wonderful experience and host!

Staying at Salvatore’s place was peaceful, stunningly beautiful, and such a natural escape ! We loved the hikes, outdoor spaces, vineyard and wildlife. The air smelled of flowers… just so lovely ! You will need a car to visit nearby villages and the property is rural. Such a special place and the best part was Salvatore’s stories and hospitality ! Highly recommend for a natural escape.

We really enjoyed our stay in this flat. The house was clear, the neighbourhood was peaceful and the hosts were very helpful. A true gem in the centre of Florence. If you want to live a luxury experience in Florence, I highly recommend this place.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nous avons été ravie de cet appartement très bien placé à Florence qui est une ville merveilleuse, il est situé très proche du fameux Ponte Vecchio Et nous nous sommes régalé grâce à la gastronomie Florentine. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit vier Personen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage ruhig – ideal zum Entspannen. Leider war das Wasser im Pool gekippt und somit nicht nutzbar, was natürlich schade war, da wir uns darauf gefreut hatten. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und bemüht zu helfen, aber leider konnte das Problem in der kurzen Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr behoben werden. Insgesamt dennoch ein schönes Haus, mit Potenzial für einen perfekten Aufenthalt – wenn der Pool wieder in Ordnung ist.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.
