Beautiful ranch style two bedroom apt. in our barn. Bathroom has a shower & separate vanity/sink area. Living room has a sofa TV, VCR, WIFI. There is a desk area, small fridge, coffee maker, water kettle conv. oven/air fryer & a single burner. Central AC/ heat. This gated property is situated on 20+ acres in and against the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It is a working ranch so there are comings and goings of ranch workers and ranch noises and of course summertime ranch dust!
