Vacation rentals with a fire pit in London Borough of Croydon

We stayed here for a week during our cycling trip in Kent and East Sussex. What a great choice! A perfect starting point for beautiful walks and cycling day trips. Also a very quiet and pretty environment to relax. A wonderful courtyard with stunning climbing rose bushes and verbena. Sheep, cattle, chickens and koy fish around, and of course the dogs. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need. It is one of the very few holiday homes we've been with a perfect shower, high quality kitchen equipment, good quality pots and pans in all sizes and numbers, really sharp knives etc. And if you still miss anything, just ask James. We were happy with the provided essential breakfast stuff on arrival. And flowers. James, a perfect host who made us feel very welcome.

Lovely accommodation from both inside and out, was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed, really felt like we were staying in a cosy home. We were looking for a hideaway for a few days and for that the place was perfect, although it’s just off the main road the street is extremely quiet. Communication from the host, Clare, was excellent, she was very helpful. Location was also excellent, short walk to Camden station which makes the rest of London easily accessible.

Monica’s home is a little slice of paradise in the hustle and bustle of London. Every detail was perfect from her curated art to thoughtfully designed layout. Having a morning coffee and admiring the lush backyard was one of the highlights of my week and I’ll always remember it! The added bonus of your own entrance to the park really was the cherry on top to a perfect stay. If you’re looking for somewhere that wow’s you and a host that makes you feel at home I can’t recommend Monica’s enough. Thanks for having us!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Excellent séjour avec un grand plaisir de rentrer dans cette grande et jolie maison après une bonne journée de visites sur Londres. Le logement est certes un peu excentré du centre-ville, mais facilement accessible en transport en commun. Quartier calme. A great house, open plan, light and a stunning outdoor area with views across the countryside. Perfect weekend away with a group of friends. Close to Denbies Vineyard, which was worth the visit on a sunny day. Would recommend for any group looking for a space to relax and entertain.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation verlief zuverlässig und schnell. Wir hatten leider nicht gelesen, dass es eine Katze in der Wohnung gibt, aber auch damit sind wir sehr gut zurecht gekommen, sie ist eine äußerst freundliche Katze. Es ist alles sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für die gute Zeit bei euch!

I have stayed in Airbnbs on four different continents and these hosts are the best I have experienced. They learned we were vegan and provided us basic supplies we could eat. They adjusted check-in time for my Swedish friends. They had a house rules/recommendation book that was more helpful than just Googling local restaurants (sometimes they aren't). They even had dog treats in the kitchen for my dog. The house itself was so charming and generous. more than enough space for us. We spent time in the afternoon and morning out on the bistro-style table and chairs they had overlooking a meadow were we watched baby foxes trying to sneak around. I could hear birdsong throughout and felt so calm. Bonus points for privacy too. It was honesty perfect.

We spent 3 and a half weeks in this lovely apartment during our trip to London. The apartment was in an excellent and vibrant location with easy access to transportation to all areas of London. It was a good size and very private. The balcony was a treat-we were able to watch the VE Day flyover from there. A great range of food outlets were close by. Communication was excellent throughout with prompt replies to any queries. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a pleasant time in London.

Venetia’s flat is absolutely adorable! Quiet neighborhood in a great location, with super easy access to restaurants, shops, and of course buses and overground trains. All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds and nice linens, and the kitchen is fully outfitted. The sitting room is comfortable and light-filled, and the garden is quite lovely. The only downsides were the finicky Nespresso machine (could have been user error) and the lack of a clothes dryer (notwithstanding what the listing says). Venetia is super nice and very responsive. All in all I would definitely stay at Venetia’s flat again!

The apartment has a stunning view of the city, is close to many restaurants and is a short walk from the DLR (railway). In addition the host was very kind and responsive to my questions. I strongly recommend this apartment.

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

This was a great 2-week stay. The apartment has everything, including a desk where I could write, a real kitchen, and lots of plants. The back yard is private and charming. I slept well, wasn't bothered by neighbors, and got to know Hackney. Alice communicates promptly and thinks ahead.

Joanne was super helpful and friendly and there to greet me on arrival and show me around her cozy home. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotlessly clean, coffee machine excellent! Great location for the tube, shops, restaurants and I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks Joanne!!

Check-in was very easy and the place was great. Peter was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was exactly as advertised and my family really enjoyed staying there.

If you are visiting for an extended trip, Vivian’s place is a must stay! The privacy, extra space and laundry came in clutch. The streets was quiet after 11pm or so. The neighborhood was fantastic— close to two tube stops and so many delicious places to eat and drink. Our favorites — July, PaStation, and for a short tube ride to Dishoom Shoreditch!

Stayed here for the day to get some recordings. It was beautifully quiet and peaceful, highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away for a bit do some fishing, bbq and relax around a beautiful pond.

Mike’s place is one of the most memorable Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Tucked away behind a mansion and opposite a tennis court, the cabin is peaceful, cosy, and great value for money. It was warm, comfortable, and perfect for a quiet getaway. Finding it was a little tricky at first, so I’d recommend messaging Mike for the street number—it’ll make things much easier! We had a lovely time at nick’s place, walkable to the East Putney + Putney stations. The room was comfortable for a short stay and nick + his cats were friendly and welcoming to us 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈.Hope to stay here again ☺️

I had such a lovely nights stop over. Waking to the view and sounds of the lake in the morning was just amazing and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe. Lovely hosts! Really well equipped for such a compact space. Thanks again, would love to return one day.

The place was super easy to find and easy to access. I recommend making sure to watch the welcome video before arrival so you know where everything is 😌 The accommodation itself was very cozy, comfortable, calm and clean! it was wonderful to get back to such a peaceful place to wind down after an exciting night at a concert. Very easy to get to from the O2. We only got to meet Shan but she was so lovely and helpful, and super keen to help us with anything we needed! And of course, their wonderful cat Maomi who we got to give treats to, which he was very polite and gentle about taking from us 🥹 would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay! Was hard to navigate your way through in the dark and due to having no signal couldn’t access the map. Beautiful views and lovely place to really unwind! Looking to come back again another time! 🥰

Our stay was amazing. Dean was a very lovely host. He left us to ourselves but was there if you needed anything. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and peaceful. It is a very idyllic location that feels like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are still near everything you need. If you are looking for a luxurious stay with all your creature comforts then its probably not for you. But if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle and have a calm, relaxed holiday in beautiful surroundings at a very reasonable price this is perfect. Thank you again for one of the most wonderful weekends ever. See you again soon :)
