HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Some noise possible due to next door renovation

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Lorient 15 minutes away, Larmor-Plage and Ploemeur 10 minutes away. Numerous water activities and bike trails.

Have a pleasant stay in this studio close to the sea and shops. On the ground floor of a detached house. The studio is located in Lomener, one of the five ports of Ploemeur. You just have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach of Anse du Stole, enjoy sunbathing, shore fishing and beautiful walks along the GR34 coastal path. Linens are provided. Outdoor furniture provided: Table and chairs for 2 people, and deck chairs.

The apartment is located in Lomener, on the 1st floor of a quiet condominium and has a private parking space. The beach and coastal paths are at the foot of the building, as are shops and restaurants. Possibility to make bikes and paddles available!
