HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

The charming beach of Port Fontaine facing the apartment. Shops (including an Intermarche) and restaurants are just around the corner. You can do anything by foot! Private parking with reserved space. This small port offers from May to September, boat shuttles to the Ile de Groix (20mn crossing)

it's a unique place... waterfront... it's not paradise but it looks like it do you like the sea? The apartment has a great view... do you like the beach? Put on your swimsuit and you're there. The 50 m2 apartment (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. Somewhat atypical with its glass wall over the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing your teeth. recently renovated apartment, very bright, very clean.

You just have to cross the road to get to the beautiful beach of Anse du Stole, enjoy sunbathing, shore fishing and beautiful walks along the GR34 coastal path. Linens are provided. Outdoor furniture provided: Table and chairs for 2 people, and deck chairs.
