It was the most complete apartment we have ever stayed in, a well-maintained community pool, we were very comfortable and we had no problems with Natividad. It is worth noting a very important point, which is that the apartment was very clean and very complete in the kitchen and in general. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is identical to the photos. We would be glad to come back

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

We felt like home. An intimate home,very clean equipped with the right thing to do. We did not miss anything. To the most beautiful beach we did on foot 4 min. We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and it was exacting what we were looking for in our trip. Johanna was extremely helpful from the moment we booked till the day of check out.

We had some nice days at Florian's apartment. Very nice and accommodating hosts. It is walking distance to most things and nice hiking areas just outside the door. The only thing we thought was a little minus is that there is some noise with dogs, but it's gotta be counted on in one neighborhood. All in all it was a good place.

Lovely place, everything you need was available in the villa, to a high standard. Don was extremely helpful. However you definitely need access to a car.

The house was beautiful, outside area was lovely, we got a lot of use from the pool. Would definitely go back , very cosy Lovely evening’s spent with a glass of wine on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Meals ate on the table in the outside area. If you want hustle and bustle and lots of places to walk to this is probably not for you, would need a car but if you want a lovely relaxed family holiday, in a beautiful house and setting, overlooking the salt lakes this is your place.

Brilliant house with the most perfect, heated pool that we struggled to get out of! The house had so many useful amenities and communication with Florence and check in with her agent Kevin was seamless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house!

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!
