The location is a perfect blend of convenience and serenity. The bungalow - one of a semi-detached pair - is set well back from the main road in the grounds of a luxurious, well-kept garden, giving it a feeling of tranquility, privacy and space, yet just a a few steps away are a great restaurant, a scooter/motorbike/bicycle rental, and the beach. The generous terrace was perfect for unwinding after a long day seeing the island, and the fan was a welcome feature. The bathroom was well-decorated, with a good flow of hot and cold running water. It was clear that the hosts took great pride in ensuring that the room and bed linen were cleaned regularly. There's the possibility to have breakfast served each morning. Overall, we would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the necessary amenities, and warm hospitality. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins. Dépaysement garanti dans ce coin calme au nord de Sainte-Marie. Certes c'est éloigné par rapport au centre-ville et les bungalows sont simples mais cela suffit amplement. La cuisine y est excellente. Arnaud est un hôte exceptionnel et accomodant. On a beaucoup apprécié ses recommandations. Bonus : si vous aimez les jeux de société, c'est l'occasion d'en faire aussi. Si on revient à Sainte-Marie on y retournera.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Linda et Vincent , ce sont des personnes sérieuses , honnêtes et sympathiques , toujours disponibles pour des renseignements ou besoins divers " lessive , location de scooter , bonnes adresses de restaurations , endroits atypique à visité ..... " . Le petit déjeuner est copieux , les confitures sont délicieuse et faites maison , un régal ...Il y a un endroit pour garé le scooter , un accès direct à la plage après la piscine , une gargotte à 50 mètres " Chez Florinne " où vous pouvez même emporté les plats pour manger dans votre magnifique logement . Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir , nous remercions sincèrement nos hôtes pour l'accueil et le séjour merveilleux qu'ils nous on offerts. Cordialement Irène et Philippe

Nous cherchions la tranquillité et le calme en bungalow traditionnel : c’est ce que nous avons trouvé chez Arnaud et Nouba. En plus de cela nous avons rencontré des hôtes accueillants et généreux. La cuisine, elle aussi, est généreuse et délicieuse (essayez la sauce coco absolument !). Arnaud nous a beaucoup aidé dans l’organisation de nos journées sur place et de la suite de notre voyage. À ne pas manquer sur Sainte Marie !

La case à Maddy résidence Ranosoa

Nous étions en famille (5 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans), et avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel (lit bébé et chaise haute disponible) et paisible. Le jardin est très agréable. Pour accéder à la maison après la route principale goudronnée, il y a un passage d’environ 10 min sur route non goudronnée, ça secoue un peu mais ça se fait bien en tuk tuk (ou scooter/moto). Il est utile sur place d’avoir un téléphone, idéalement je recommande le réseau Orange. Slyvio, le contact sur place, est disponible et sympathique. Yasmine est une excellente cuisinière (service repas possible, en option). Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable, bref : je recommande complètement ! Merci à toutes les gentilles personnes rencontrées qui ont participé à ce chouette séjour.

The location right on the beach is stunning. Although it lacks walkable ships and restaurants you can easily take a taxi into town. it serves a a perfect base to relax and explore the island. The host and staff were very helpful
