Vacation rentals with lake access in Loiret

The house is located in a quiet area near the Orleans Canal (within walking distance for bucolic walks), it is full of vintage charm and carefully and tastefully decorated, and super well equipped, especially the kitchen. The two outdoor spaces are ideal for moments with family or friends: garden furniture sheltered by a century-old (or even millennium-old) linden tree on the street side, a terrace with pool and garden on the courtyard side to put the world to rights around a barbecue. In short, we recommend this superb house without hesitation, which makes you want to come back!

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and no ramp. Same for toddlers... there is still a risk that they will fall inadvertently...

This accommodation is a slice of paradise with its decor, its quiet and relaxing location It's clean and the host is friendly, kind and caring.

We had a great time, the mill is very nice in May, the stove was there to warm up in the evening but in summer it must be very pleasant and cool. The rooms are spacious, several have a bathroom. but the highlight remains the outdoors, being able to soak your feet to cool off, having several small corners to put yourself in the sun or in the shade. 2 terraces for meals, this brazier bbq that allowed us to have story evenings around the fire was superb I recommend this place

Perfect stay to disconnect and take your time. Marie's welcome was excellent: she was able to respond quickly to our questions and even suggested some activities to discover nearby. The accommodation is very well furnished, with soothing decoration — special mention for the candles, which we even took the time to count😄. The space is great for manual activities or just enjoying a quiet moment. A relaxing weekend that we recommend.

little piece of heaven that Faustia and her family shared with us. Everything is well thought out. It's happiness for animals and humans. A lot of serenity emerges. Such a nice place. The accommodation is well equipped. You have everything you need. Small touches like fresh eggs in the studio and spices available. excellent bedding! The view from the accommodation is magnificent. On horses. The little extra of the Jacuzzi and excellent hammam (in addition). The walk among the free horses. Dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, rabbits... we feel this little serene world. ping pong table, deckchair etc. a communion with nature. very relaxing stay. wifi sometimes temperamental. but we don't come here for that. i recommend it.

We really enjoyed our quick visit to James’s place. Lovely village close to Orleans and also a natural park and lake. Highly recommend 😀

I would highly recommend this Airbnb. I had apartment 201, everything was very well arranged, clean and functional. Very nice apartment. The hosts were really very responsive, attentive, and understanding, because I got sick on the 2nd day. there was just a pretty strong smell in the bathroom the first night, and then it was gone. Melingda assured me that they would do what was necessary to find out where the problem came from once I left, so that it would not happen again for new guests. Hosts who are who are really charming. Great hospitality from Christelle and good punctuality. The place is spotless and recommendable.

We stayed with family: 8 couples, 4 teenagers, 2 toddlers. All activities on site are a real plus with kids, regardless of age. The opening to the outside and this large garden without life is perfect. Numerous games also in the house. All amenities nearby. Note: if bad weather and large group, the living areas are small. The house is aging (thin partition, 70s), but still well maintained!

A wonderful time spent in this relaxing setting. Annie and Sébastien's cottage is a little gem of greenery, and very well-equipped as a bonus. Everything is done to make the stay easier. No complaints!

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, no complaints. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was happiest with this beautiful property. I would highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

Something went wrong with the booking, but that was very nicely resolved by the host Pascal. The location is beautiful and romantically located on a river. The house is spacious and fully furnished, with great attention to detail. The garden is also landscaped with care and attention, which made the stay extra pleasant.
