CJ's place was great and very comfortable. The location was ideally situated in the center of downtown Birmingham with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and everything we needed for this trip. The unit was clean, free parking was in the nearby garage, and CJ's instructions were very helpful. CJ was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure everything was satisfactory by checking in with me via messaging at appropriate stages during my stay. I highly recommend his place for your next visit to Birmingham.

Great studio! The place was well furnished for 2-3 people. The building itself is quiet, and I loved that there was a parking spot in the garage for us. The neighborhood felt safe, although the street was noisy (not surprising in a downtown area), so I’d recommend using a sound machine app or earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The studio was as described and Chris was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We had a great time in Birmingham and at his place! Would stay again.

Me and my husband loved our stay here!! It was cozy and the balcony was awesome! Walkable to restaurants! And there was an oyster bar across the street!

Only 10 mins from the airport, this is a super cute apartment at the top of a hill in a private residential area. While the hill is steep, it makes for a very pretty view from the patio area! Most restaurants/bars/shopping are within a 15-min walk or 5 min drive, which allows for convenient outings for those without a car or cheap ride-share options. For an apartment complex, we never heard any of our neighbors, which was nice. Erin was great! She was very nice and accommodating for all our travel needs! My only suggestion is maybe a portable fan, as it can get a little toasty in the bedroom (if you’re anything like us and prefer to be cold when you go to sleep). Thanks for a great stay!

Marvin was highly responsive and helpful. The space was just as shown, the rooftop common area was great, what a cool old building with a modern twist.

We really liked Mallorie's place! Very clean and nice furnishings. Quiet location off the beaten path. When housekeeping was running a little late on the day of our arrival, Mallorie offered to refund some money to make up for the inconvenience. We really appreciated that! Overall, great experience!

We had a great time at the Armour house! Walkable to many restaurants and bars. It was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing in response time and helpfulness to recommendations!

We made a last minute reservation and it was late evening, nevertheless Josh was responsive and informative. He provided clear check in and check out instructions on time. Apartment is clean and cozy. Amenities listed are actual and match the description. Good place to stay, would definitely recommend.

We have stayed at this loft previous. Host has been accommodating and responds quickly. The home is right in the town center and squeaky clean, the beds are quite confy too. This is probably the best place to stay especially if you will be there during an Oneonta festival you could stand on the balcony and see it all. I have stayed in others in town and recommend this one hands down. Thank you host

The communication was prompt and friendly, the apartment was clean and exactly as it was described, and the location was in a safe and well-established neighborhood. This place was beautiful! And when I had one issue, which got resolved quickly in the theater and the sound not working, I messaged Coco and they responded almost immediately. It got fixed by the concierge! All the concierge’s were so friendly and helpful. The view is gorgeous. Love how secure it is. A block away from a walking area under the bridge. Very clean apartment. Clear instructions to get into doors. Hands down would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Birmingham!
