Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

On the property, there is also a large sauna for up to 8 people with great garden views.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

The 67 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. On the 2nd floor of our house, we offer a large apartment for 2 people. In the immediate vicinity, to shopping, bus and train connections, as well as in the middle of the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser. You enter through your separate entrance via a spacious staircase in the long hallway of your apartment. From there, the respective rooms, reading & storage room for luggage, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room are easily accessible.

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

A spacious apartment with a large roof terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) awaits you. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a seating area and a large dining area. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A free parking space is located directly at the property. The final cleaning fee is EUR 110.00. Towels and linens are included and are free of charge.

Our apartment is located on a peninsula in a unique location - from one side only 100 m from Lake Neuwarp, from the other side only about 80 m from the Szczecin Lagoon. Perfect for relaxation, enjoying nature and relaxed walks by the water. In our small town you will find two bistros, a pizzeria and a café. A supermarket is located only about 500 m from the apartment. The beautiful city of Szczecin is about an hour's drive from us.
