Pleasant little house and very bright sea view on Quiberon and Beautiful island. In a quiet small residence. Ideal to unwind. 100 m from a small beach (path), the village is a 10 min walk. All cycling and walking trails of the peninsula 2 steps from the house. AURAY at 15 minutes, VALVES at 25 minutes, LORIENT at 35 minutes. Surf beaches 20 minutes away. The beach downstairs makes it easy to go fishing, drop off a boat, and enjoy the sea baths. St Pierre accessible by bike...

Very comfortable small house, completely renovated, ideally located, with sea views and direct access to hiking trails. 2 parking lots nearby. Wide choice of activities between Gulf of Morbihan and Atlantic coast: walks, shore fishing, swimming, cycling (possibility of loans), sailing, kayaking, visits to large megalithic sites, tastings of oysters and other shellfish (oyster farming is one of the specialties of Locmariaquer)
