The W: Historic Venue & Stay

EllieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The renovation was done with incredible attention to detail—from the high-end finishes to the spacious, well-thought-out layout. This home is truly stunning and was absolutely perfect for our family’s stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly renovated and thoughtfully designed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect blend of charm and modern convenience. The hosts were extremely kind, welcoming and and very responsive to anything we needed. We can't recommend it enough!
A small side table is featured, constructed from wood and metal. A photo frame displaying two images of vintage trucks rests on top, alongside a remote control. The backdrop consists of wooden paneling, contributing to the rustic ambiance.

Rudy's Place: Near Hamilton Quilt Town & Jamesport

Tonya.Rating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Came to the area to visit family and Missouri Star Quilt Company shops. The house was tastefully decorated with copies of local historical pictures. Great combination of modern and farm-style decor. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the BBQ grill and firepit. She even had a supply of dry wood. Loved, loved, loved this place. Megan, if you ever want to sell I would like first dibs. Would definitely stay again. Don't hesitate to rent this unit.

Hidden Paradise

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had such a nice and relaxing time spent with family and this place was perfect for us. We loved seeing the deer outside. The beds were comfortable, shower was nice, and the kitchen and living room were perfect. We even enjoyed sitting outside on the patio.
A comfortable living area is highlighted by polished wooden floors and a large area rug. A sectional sofa is positioned near a wall-mounted television, while natural light enters through window coverings. Decorative elements include a wall clock and a small shelf with books.

Jamesport's Little Camper @ The Porch Sherwood

SusanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a weekend getaway for my husband and I. Lori was so gracious and kind. The camper was well appointed and super clean. So many extra details including locally made cinnamon rolls upon check in. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. She provided a fire pit and wood for a lovely fire. It was so enjoyable sitting by the fire watching and listening to nature. Occasionally, we would see an Amish buggy travel down the road. I had a blissful soak in the hot tub as well. The camper is close to shops and restaurants in town. By the time I left, I felt like I had been reset and ready to take on the normal routine of life. I look forward to a return visit.
A compact kitchenette features a marble countertop with a deep sink and a coffee maker. Above, black shelving holds white dishes and glasses. A microwave is mounted on the wall, and natural light filters in through a nearby window, illuminating the inviting space.

Quilters Getaway

Carol SueRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Rebecca’s cottage is indeed a tiny house, but it had everything I needed for a three day quilting retreat including space to set up my sewing machine. Although there is sleeping accommodation in the loft, I didn’t use that because of the ladder used to access. The daybed on the main floor was very comfortable for sleeping. The cottage is set back from a county highway. During the day there was a fair amount of traffic, but very quiet at night. Kingston is a very small community with few amenities that I could see other than a coffee shop. Nearby Polo had a grocery and at least one restaurant. A bit farther, but easily reached, Hamilton has several restaurants plus many quilt shops. I highly recommend the Quilter’s Retreat and would stay there again.

Country Good Time

LindaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
My husband and I came into town for a few days (with our dog) for work, and this was an excellent choice! The house was clean and comfortable. It had so many extras that it was like being at home!! From the fully stocked kitchen for cooking, water in the fridge, amenities in the bathroom, and all the extra towels, we could not have been more spoiled. Plus being dog friendly, our pup loved the privacy and the space!!
