I'm 100% committed to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. *It will be important that you read the House Rules before you book my place. The building is considered National Patrimony and it's one of the most photographed buildings in Lastarria, it's located in the same street as the fanciest hotel in the district, The Singular Hotel and the beautiful bar Liguria. Entire place I'm from Santiago but I live and work in New York City. I recently bought and renovated this Penthouse as my vacation home and I have a wonderful friend and co-host who will do the check-in in person and help you get settled. Lastarria is one of the most beautiful districts in Santiago. My place is right in the heart of it. You can take beautiful walks around Parque Forestal and Bellas Artes Museum which is only two blocks away. You'll find everything you need in the place to cook and stay safe. I'm commited to providing you with a place that's been professionally sanitized before the arrival of each guest. You can always use Uber in Santiago, it's way cheaper than the normal taxis and you wont need to explain the address or where you're going in case your Spanish is not fluent yet. (Even though lots of people can communicate in English in Santiago). This is my home and I'm opening it for you to enjoy, I only ask to treat it as your own the way I would treat yours. Simple things like letting us know if something breaks so I can try to find something in my travels to replace it back. Everything I have here I've gathered from different parts of the world.

La estadía donde Bernardita fue increíble. El alojamiento era espacioso y bonito tal y como las fotos. Estaba bien equipado y con todo funcionando. El sector contaba con todos los comercios y transportes necesarios para hacer más fácil la estadía. Bernardita estuvo siempre presente respondiendo inmediatamente a nuestras preguntas y peticiones. En resumen, recomiendo vivamente este alojamiento para los que quieran contar con todas las comodidas de las Condes quedando conectados con el centro histórico a través del metro. ¡Muchas gracias Bernardita por la estadía!

A casa é realmente como nas fotos, grande, bonita, confortável, o aquecedor dos quartos é excelente, cama confortável, me surpreendeu muito a vista para a cordillera, foi uma grande surpresa. O bairro é super tranquilo e bem localizado, silencioso, caminhamos a pé tranquilamente pelas ruas. Josefina foi uma querida do começo ao fim da nossa estadia, esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar.

El lugar es exactamente como lo describen: acogedor, lleno de paz y rodeado de la tranquilidad única de la montaña. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos en un verdadero refugio lejos del ruido de la ciudad. La casa tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadía perfecta: está equipada con detalles pensados para el descanso (como una cama cómoda, buena calefacción y una cocina completa), y el entorno natural hace que cada momento sea especial. Además, Vanessa, la anfitriona, fue excelente en todo momento: atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. Su trato cercano hizo que nuestra experiencia fuese aún más comodo. Sin duda volveríamos a La Roja para repetir nuestra experiencia.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Sonia's place has great location! the apartment was wonderful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. Sonia was very communicative and respond quickly to any question we had. the only downside for us was that there was a neighbor that put lowd music almost every evening. for us it was very frustrating... When it happened- Sonia answered our texts late in the evening and did what ever she can to try and take care of this noise, so no complaints about Sonia at all. also, she try to help us with a flexible check out, which was very appreciated.

Ficamos cerca de 8 dias no apartamento, e adoramos a experiência. O imóvel fica muito próximo de estações de metrô, shopping e mercado, podendo fazer muita coisa a pé mesmo, é excelente! O apartamento conta com tudo que precisamos para uma ótima estadia, como fogão, microondas e aquecedor! Recomendo!
