Välkomna till vår fantastiskt mysiga stuga, Björkhaga Cottage. Stugan ligger väl avskilt, i vår trädgård, i ett lugnt lummigt grönområde. 5 min från Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 min från Falsterbo Resort. Stugan har moderna faciliteter i badrum och kök och en mysig terrass i söderläge. Stugan har värmepump/aircondition och är vinterbonad. Nära till havet, restauranger, affärer och golfbanor. Besök fantastiska Måkläppen. Här blir våra gäster väl mottagna och kan ha en härligt avkopplande vistelse.

Promenadavstånd till kritvita stränder och Ljunghusens golfklubb. Ni har hela gästhuset för er själva! Gästhuset är ca 20 kvm stort och har ett pentry samt badrum. Rummet har en queen-size kontinentalsäng samt bäddsoffa. Wi-Fi och TV finns. I pentryt finns kyl, frysfack, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare och brödrost. Tillgång till uteplats i sydväst läge. Möjlighet finns att låna två cyklar för härliga utflykter till restaurang/ICA (ca 1 km), Skanör/Falsterbo (ca 6 km) och Höllviken (ca 4 km).

Ett litet charmigt gästhus (30kvm) som ligger på en naturtomt avskilt från huvudhuset hyrs ut för längre och kortare perioder. Stugan är perfekt för två personer (dubbelsäng 180 cm ), är man fler finns det en extrasäng som funkar fint för ett barn. Kök (kyl, frysbox, spis, ugn, micro) där det finns utrustning för att laga enklare måltider. Ett badrum med dusch och toalett. Inget separat sovrum utan det är öppet mellan sovdelen och kök/matplats. Gratis parkering finns ca 500 m från huset.

Huset har ett sovloft med dubbelsäng (160x200), litet kök och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140x200) samt badrum med dusch och WC. Den egna uteplatsen i den lummiga trädgården har bord och stolar där du kan avnjuta morgonkaffet eller en god middag en sommarkväll. Eget WiFi, klimatanläggning med AC samt parkering i carport (maxhöjd 2m).

The appartment is renovated 2016. You have a double bed, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a small dining table. You have also a patio outside . Access to laundry equipment. The guest house is located in central Höllviken and very close to many restaurants and shops. Bicycles might be available to lend.

Completely newly renovated house for 8 people (plus small children). Open and modern, with lots of storage and a large sundeck for sunbathing and dining. 3 min walk to a wonderful beach and near golf and tennis courses. 25 min from Copenhagen or Malmö Airport. 20 min to Malmö City. The surroundings offer horse riding, golf, tennis, sailing, wind- and surfing and lovely excursions to the countryside with lots of possibilities for lunch/dinner/coffee.

Mysig stuga i Ljunghusen, med 3 minuters gångavstånd tar du dig enkelt ner till en av Sveriges bästa sandstränder. Här har du även närhet till Tennis, padel och golfanläggningar. Endast 25 minuter till Köpenhamn och Malmö flygplats och 20 minuter in till Malmö City. Är du nere för Falsterbo Horse Show tar det endast 10 minuter med bil dit. I närhet till stugan hittar du härliga restauranger med sjöutsikt som är väldigt populära.

We had a fantastic time at Mika’s place. It was a beautiful new house, plenty of space, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Communication was great and very helpful. The house is in an amazing area, kids loved the beach.

A sliding glass door provides access to the outdoor area, revealing a view of a grassy space and wooden decking. A kitchenette is positioned nearby, featuring a coffee maker and water kettle. A banjo hangs on the wall, adding a unique touch to the room.

Wir haben als 4-köpfige Familie hier 8 Tage im April verbracht und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Johan. Die Hütte lag mitten in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet auf dem Grundstück von Johan. Aufgrund der Lage auf einer Halbinsel gelangt man sozusagen in jede Richtung innerhalb von höchstens 10 Minuten zum Strand. Wir haben sogar 4 Fahrräder von Johann leihen können, die wir viel genutzt haben, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Von der Unterkunft aus sind es wenige Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und einem tollen Bäcker, wo man die Frühstücksbrötchen kaufen kann. Man ist sehr schnell in Malmö und Kopenhagen. Zur Unterkunft selbst: alles war liebevoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das große Doppelbett war super, das Ausziehsofa für die Kinder war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht allzu komfortabel. Am meisten vermisst haben wir ausreichend Kochplatten, es gab nur eine einzige Induktionsplatte, was uns doch etwas limitiert hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Åsa’s place is very comfortable and cosy! It is very nicely furnished with eyes for detail! The outdoor space is very nice to sit and the outdoor shower gives a good refreshment! Very well equipped kitchen so we had everything we needed! Thanks, we would definitely come back!

Danke für die tolle Zeit! Superfreundliche und extrem nette Kommunikation mit Tony und Elizabeth. Die beiden sind immer erreichbar und für jede Frage und gemeinsame Gespräche offen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht und die Lage direkt am Strand UND mit Pool vor der Tür ist perfekt!

Ljunghusen är en plats där naturen får styra. Här finns ingen gatubelysning – ett medvetet val för att skydda nattaktiva djur och bevara det naturliga mörkret. Faunan är skyddad och området präglas av oasfalterade vägar, stora tomter och strikta byggrestriktioner som värnar lugnet och landskapsbilden. Ljunghusens Golfklubb – en av Europas mest natursköna och Skandinaviens första med 27 hål – smälter in i kustlandskapet med ljung, sanddyner och havsutsikt. Att vistas här är som att leva i samklang med naturen – stilla, vackert och omsorgsfullt bevarat. Tack för att vi fick uppleva det!
