Cozy and relaxing apartment, very quiet area. Cross the main road and you're on the Livorno waterfront. We are on the third floor with an elevator. Convenient for parking your car, there is also indoor parking (not large), minutes away from the city center. Large terrace with table and chairs. The apartment is very bright and refurbished as of March 2024, linens, dishes, pots, table and chairs all new. If necessary, a 60x120 crib is available.

The neighborhood is very vibrant and comfotable with two supermarket nearby, lounge bars,restaurants and two public parks equipped, ideal for childrends. In Carla's house there is also the possibility to have an italian dinner or lunch on request.
