We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The scenery around the home is absolutely beautiful, and the area is very peaceful and quiet--perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself matched the photos exactly, which made it easy to find even though the address on Google Maps doesn't lead directly to the front of the house. Once we recognized it from the pictures, there was no problem at all. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Nice place to stay close to Tre Cime, which we wanted to reach early! The accommodation is peaceful, very easy to access, welcoming and clean. It feels good! Great restaurant Agriturismo Cortes Ranch a few minutes' drive away! Thanks to Daniela and Roberto for their responsiveness!

Absolutely stunning destination and accommodation with everything you need and other luxuries! It exceeded all our expectations. We loved the sauna & jaccuzzi with a view at the terrace. Our stay at Anna’s place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of lots of beautiful surroundings. Anna was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Beautiful, super beautiful, gorgeous. Simply wow! ⭐️ I spent a few wonderful days and my birthday there with my family! Beautiful area, great apartment with everything your heart desires and really clean. Stylishly furnished and the kitchen is superbly equipped to cook there yourself. The beds are super comfortable and even our two teenagers thought the trampoline on the large terrace was super cool. An earlier check-in was also feasible. Thus, we were able to make full use of the 1st day of vacation. We will definitely come back to Kate and look forward to the next time in the beautiful Ötztal. Thanks very much. 🫶🏻

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as promised in the pictures. Especially the magnificent balcony and the hot tub gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Mrs. Annalisa was very kind and helpful to me despite the delay due to work problems. The accommodation is excellent and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely be back next year if possible.

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Amazing stay with lovely hosts who did a great job of introducing me to the location and explaining how to best use the Airbnb. They provide so many little amenities in the apartment that truly make you feel comfortable and taken care of. My favorite part of the place was definitely the view from the balcony. The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the needs and even the simple details such as spices, oil and coffee were present, and this is something rare and we appreciate it a lot. The bathroom is clean, the water is hot and constant, and the apartment is very warm and suitable for cold weather. The host was very cooperative, gave us the option to pick up the key from his office or meet us at the apartment, and explained everything in detail. The safety point is excellent, and everything is organized and clear. Overall, it was a great experience and I give them 10 out of 10⭐️

good and clean studio, central in the dolomites. only minor issue is that the beds are 2 seperate 1p beds. When putting them next to eachother they always slide away again.. had to block the beds

A charming alpine apartment with a stunning view, and very close to a ski resort.

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100%, you won't be disappointed! I'll be back if I'm in the area again! Super nice!

Great apartment with beautiful views towards the valley and Seceda mountain. Davide was a super friendly and helpful host. Local bus stop just in front of the front door. Comfortable hard mattresses, drying room for ski equipment, parking places.
