Vacation rentals with a patio in Livigno

We had a great weekend at Andreas' apartment. Even in advance, the communication was extremely pleasant and reliable. The apartment is totally beautifully decorated and very cozy, we could have spent the whole weekend there :-) The location in Davos Platz just below the promenade was perfect for us (visiting friends in the neighborhood). Good shopping and great bars within minutes walking distance. Free parking right in front of the house. Everything we needed was there – the coffee machine was the icing on the cake. We will be happy to come back!

The stay is modern and in a top location. Everything you ask for will be put right at your door. You overlook the slopes where you can stand on the slopes within 2 minutes or be the nearest are the restaurant. I will definitely go back here. Everything is sparkling clean and friendly to everyone. They make you feel at home. Car right in front of the door. Surroundings are beautiful and other ski villages or steps away are present. So highly recommended!!!!!

This apartment has everything you need for a worry-free vacation. We had a peaceful and relaxing time during our stay. The view outside is just stunning. We can definitely recommend this airbnb.

Great, modern, large, very well equipped apartment with everything you need on vacation. Christoph is a friendly host. Quiet location with parking space. From Prad you can reach diverse winter sports and mountain sports destinations in a short time.

We had an amazing stay in Bormio, this apartment is in the best location just minutes walk from the cable car and very close to the town centre. Very comfortable for three of us with a fully functional kitchen and the best views from both balconies

Corsin's apartment is a real gem. The photos accurately reflect the beautiful and modern apartment. It is very bright and quiet, and very well connected to the village and the ski resort by the bus stop. The carport in front of the house as well as the storage room facilitate the arrival. Corsin's parents are very nice and are happy to help with questions about the place and activities. Corsin responds quickly and precisely and is very helpful.

Paolo was very welcoming. He greeted us in person with fruit and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was clean and large enough for our group. Paolo also gave me the name of a driver to taxi us back and forth from the train station. The driver was also fair and friendly.

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

We had a nice few days. We will be back! Davide was always available and very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We had a lovely and uncomplicated stay at the apartment. Communication was top notch as always. The amenities left nothing to be desired. Only the towels above the sofa, the carpet on the floor and the plastic tablecloth did not correspond to the pictures, which took a lot of charm from the living space. But this was probably due to the new furnishings of the owners.

We had a very nice week with Silvia in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. There is not much going on in Capo di Ponte, there are many possibilities to do something in the vicinity. We enjoyed it very much, the tranquility was good. Thank you again!

My family and I had a great stay at Beats location. The home offers stunning views. waking up every morning was breathtaking. The drive from Chur to Arosa wasn't bad at all. I enjoyed driving the the curvy roads. Beat was super helpful and we thank Beat again for letting us stay. Switzerland is absolutely beautiful. Definitely would stay again at Beats home.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

My family and I had a relaxing stay at Diana’s place. You can tell she has really thought through how to make her guests feel comfortable and at home. The apartment was calm, cozy and clean. The kitchen was one the best kitchens I have encountered via Airbnb amenity wise. Simple but clean and thoughtful. Loved sitting on the terrace with our morning coffee.

We can also only agree with the positive review, the apartment is very nice, well maintained and equipped with everything you might need.

Great stay at Enricos place, situated in the centre of the historic part of bormio everything within the town is within walking distance. Enrico kindly provided helpful instructions for arriving/departing the property through videos which were greatly appreciated. The property also has access to a garage which was ideal for us as we were travelling with bikes. Highlight of the property has to be the shower which is huge!

Comfortable place, great location and lovely view. In addition, a special commendation to the owners, they were very serious, helpful and proactive people in the resolution of a small initial unexpected (the discriminant that makes the difference, is not the absence of any unforeseen events, but the availability and proactivity with which we strive for resolution) That's why I think you can't find better out there.
