The Nest is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated on the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and othe small animals for neigbours, The Nest is the place for you!

Our stay at this home was excellent. The whole experience was easy and supportive. The home is well appointed with a lovely sauna and spa which would be fantastic for the winter months,everything you need for cooking in abundance and the special gifts provided by Karmen of local produce was a lovely surprise. The area itself is majestic with the stunning Soča river and a raft of adventure activities available, some of which we couldn’t get to in the four days we had but we really enjoyed the ones we did. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me. Thank you Karmen.

What a very very place! Enjoyed all the space that is both inside and out. Nice restaurant opposite the house. Anything you need is present. Also games, toys and books for children and adults. Adriana welcomed us and gave plenty of tips on what to do. Super thank you!

Very cozy house in a beautiful village! Everything super clean and in order. Jernej is extremely friendly and helpful, his tips were very helpful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and pleasant. Clear recommendation!

If you are looking for a break, you will surely find it here:) We felt very comfortable and were received extremely friendly by Vera and Renzo:) In addition, you can reach a hiking trail directly from the house into the beautiful forests of Italy and Slovenia, but can also relax with a book on the balcony instead. The driveway to the house is something for experienced drivers, but there is also another path to the house that is not quite as steep if needed :)
