Vacation rentals with beach access in Livadia

The apartment is spacious and clean, located right in front of the beach with stunning views of the sea:) The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat in the apartment, Anna the hostess even bought us breakfast groceries, cookies and snacks and that was a pleasant surprise. Anna was charming and hospitable, we had to leave a night ahead of time and Anna showed consideration and was very helpful to us. We highly recommend staying in the place, we enjoyed going to the beach and walking around the area. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants in the nearby village, if you want to get to the city center it is about a half hour drive by taxi (cost of 25-30 euros, there is also a bus that costs about 2 euros but it does not run frequently and it also takes about an hour to get there)

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Cyprus. The location is absolutely perfect - right on the beach, with stunning sea views and easy access to everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. Waking up to the view of the beach/sea and having breakfast on the patio was a highlight of our trip. The host was very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d love to return in the future!

Our time here was fantastic! This home was our oasis between the day-trips we took around the Larnaca and Ayia Napa regions. For us, this location was a good midpoint between Cavo Greco (30 minute drive), places in Larnaca (10 minute drives), and the airport (15 minute drive). We came back to this home after our daytime adventures and enjoyed hot showers with good water pressure. After we got cleaned up, there were multiple excellent dining options within a short walk... and a good ice cream shop, too. My daughter enjoyed soaking up the remaining sunshine while reading a book on the patio. The air conditioning worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great host, helped me alot when i needed . The place was great for us, just 10 min from the airport and 5 min from the beach .

The most equipped accomadation we have ever seen. There were extra kindness (fruits, snack, water) when arriving. Great for kids: there are games and toys for the beach also. All information can be found in the apartment, we would go back :)

Stayed here for 5 days. Easy self check in, flexible check out, very clean and you have all that you need. Terrace is super nice to chill in the evening, location perfect close to airport, beach, city centre, restaurants etc.) Jack was very helpful and super responsive. And as a welcome gift I got some chocolates and home made cookies. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Christos and Maro were very accommodating and responsive and helpful with any queries I had during my stay. The house is pleasant place with a homely feel, it was clean and the hosts provided me with milk and eggs for my arrival which was very helpful as I arrived at 3am from my flight and wouldn't have had time to shop for breakfast. They also kindly brought around extra binbags when I needed them and some homegrown apricots which were delicious. Thank you.

The house is nice, older than it looks in the photos, there is a construction site nearby and during the day there is noise, in terms of location everything is within walking distance and the owners really came to us during check-in and check-out, the communication was excellent and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment

Fabulous apartment, centrally located. In the heart of Larnaca. Clean , Comfortable Bed & Sofa. Walking distance to great restaurants shops. There is traffic noise but that didn’t bother us. We loved location . There is a luggage storage shop directly opposite which is handy. Car hire on door step. Finikoudis Beach & Promenade 2 minutes walk. I would recommend hobos steak house & cafe. Panos steak house. We hired a car & had a trip to Troodos mountains which was great Thanks JB - we had a great break in a great location

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.
