Our home is a raised ranch where we live upstairs with our two young children. The apartment is in our finished basement separate from the upstairs. Private entrance with self check in. One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

This is a great location to get to know the Greater Binghamton area - minutes from Binghamton University, SUNY Broome, downtown, Chenango Valley State Park. Visit with or entertain your whole family in a comfortable, safe area. Gas fireplace, two person jacuzzi tub, extra basement suite w/bed+bathroom. Great to stay while you tour the colleges, visit on parent weekend, enjoy the Southern Tier at large, or just have a stopping point on a longer journey. Easily get on and off from 81, 88, and 17.

This is an older home with one apartment on the first floor and a vacant apartment upstairs. Guests have the entire property to themselves. Free off-street parking. We had such a great time during our stay at Keith and Jerry’s place! The home was modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches—like the welcome snack basket and the professional binder with all the details we needed. It even smelled amazing when we walked in! The river view was absolutely beautiful and made for a relaxing backdrop throughout our trip. Keith and Jerry were in constant communication and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend their place for a peaceful and well-organized getaway!

A very charming home in a quiet, peaceful little town, which was exactly what we were looking for. The host lives nearby, and was very accessible for even minor questions. We slept very well, the beds were nice and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The backyard was extremely spacious, and morning coffee sitting outside was a pleasure. I would definitely rent again if I'm in the area.

Extraordinary rural location. Handsome house and guest rooms, all with character. Bed very comfortable. Kitchen more stocked than most AirBnB with food, including coffee, milk, orange juice, breakfast cereal. Jana and George were warm and helpful, made us feel like their invited guests. Off the beaten track in the best sense, and worth the twists and turns required to reach.

Penney was a great host and communicator! I would recommend this cozy spot! It was a peaceful, quaint place for my husband, baby and myself to rest amidst the busyness of travel and visiting family. It felt very familiar and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax and a beautiful outdoor space we’d have utilized if weather had been nicer on our trip. We found it accurately described and pictured and adequately stocked. It was very appreciated to have access to laundry. And everything was kept clean. Some things were “outdated” for lack of better wording, but all in great condition and the antiques around the house added to the familiar and warm feel of the home. We would definitely book this place again if we needed to in the future!
