Marcia is a wonderful host. She has tried to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is clean, she changed the towels and it meant to us. We had a backyard and the car was safe. It's close to a super market,pharmacy, beach. Marigot is a great position to tour the island.

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. I was completely blown away by this property—it exceeded all of my expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking; relaxing on the patio while overlooking Saint Bartholomew was a dream. The home itself was exactly as described: spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the bedrooms were comfortable and stylish, each with large, luxurious bathrooms. While it’s about a 25-minute drive from the downtown area, the peace, privacy, and stunning scenery more than made up for the distance. One of the best surprises was the fully stocked refrigerator provided at no extra cost—a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. And then there’s Irene—she was simply incredible. From greeting us with champagne to helping us plan our outings and even assisting with a small issue at the residence, her hospitality made our trip unforgettable. Irene went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. Thank you for making our stay truly special!

Our stay at Cheryl's spacious Airbnb was an excellent experience. The house and its amenities exceeded our expectations. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything needed and more. We traveled with children and Cheryl's house had some toys and children's beach equipment. The house is located very central in Philipsburg, in one of its busier areas. The beach was right across the street from the house. Cheryl was very attentive and responsive at all times and made us feel very welcomed and safe in her house. We would choose to stay at her house again without a doubt.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Easy to access accommodation, everything is self-contained. Clean and functional. It is well equipped. Thanks to Sharich for her hospitality and the gift for my birthday.

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

This was a gem! Looks even better than the photos. Such an amazing stay that I practically didn’t want to leave! Cozy space and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Literally had everything I needed and more. Ideal for a longer stay, like a few weeks or so. I didn’t want to leave I was so comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, there was a packet with information about everything in the area. I didn’t use the pool but it was nice with very few people so pretty peaceful. The beach is truly a short walk and it was beautiful. Everything is so convenient! Close to a grocery store and restaurants as well as a casino. Ideal location for sure. I had a rental car and even though there is no guaranteed parking spot I never had an issue finding parking. I would certainly stay here again.

Had a wonderful time at Rosyenni, the apartment got everything you needed, Eventually you need to rent a car as the location is a little far by walking distance from the village Pelican Bay, and Simpson Bay, plus the view from the balcony is breath taken, you can chill at night watching the boat traffic, will recommend it 100%🙏😃

We had a lovely stay at Lionel’s charming little villa- Luna made us feel right at home- the dryer was not working so we were unable to wash clothes which would have been nice before we headed to Anguilla and back home, the AC in the master closest to pool seemed to struggle to stay cold but not worth complaining about - just to note maybe needing some maintenance- thank you for a lovely time- highly recommend! Beautiful view- private oasis, just lovely, I never saw or met Lionel but my husband did. Thanks again-

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

We loved everything about our stay! Beach is right in your backyard and Marigot is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Georgi was an amazing host, she was very communicative, helpful, and very accommodating . Her place was clean, modern, and has a great view of the beach. I would highly recommend booking her for your trips to the island.

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.
