On the first floor: a lounge area with a sofa bed, a dining table and a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment, dishes and utensils, as well as a shower and toilet (here you will find an electric heater and heated floors). The cottage is heated with a pellet stove during the cold season. The east has a courtyard with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and access to the river.

It is a first floor apartment. It has one main room which is a bedroom. It has an office room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The space has a printer, wifii, alarm, wardrobe. It can comfortably accommodate two people on queen size sofa-bed. I have a sore back myself and the sofa (Although it is a sofa) is extremely comfortable. It supports your back very well. So please do not worry about bed being uncomfortable.
