Highly recommend Beach Brums, 2-minute walk from the beach, very well appointed home, loved the porch, outdoor shower, amenities, extremely clean, safe and quiet area, just loved the entire vibe and experience. This is a high-value, better than pictured stay. Thank you to hosts Chris and Nancy for providing a beautiful near the beach home and great recommendations. We visited for a family wedding and stayed extra days to enjoy the beach and local atmosphere. We will return!

Our family of 6 with young adult and teen kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! The house is new, beautiful, clean, and is the perfect mix of home and resort. We enjoyed family game nights, meditative mornings on the balcony, comfortable space for all, and all we would need for days at the beach. April is an extremely responsive host and created a home that anticipated all of our needs.

Our small golf group ventured off the beaten path and picked this beautiful home for our stay in Pawley's Island and we had a blast. The place is great, easily accommodating us and the location right on the water & marsh areas was spectacular. Internet & cell phone service no problem, along with easy access to the great golf courses we played (Caledonia, True Blue & Pawley's Plantation). Our vacation was the best ever and staying at this beautiful home helped make it even better.

Our family recently had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach home, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by breathtaking views. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was truly magical. The house itself was perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids loved playing on the beach just steps away from our door, while we enjoyed lounging on the deck soaking in the stunning beach view. Ged and Danielle were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or checking in to see if we needed anything, their hospitality made us feel right at home. Book this home. You will not regret it.

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing does not do this home justice. While the pictures are accurate when you walk in it is so much more! The home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, Allison left cookies and provided coffee and coffee supplies making us feel welcome. I loved the large yard with the stream behind it. The pool is small but has plenty of room to relax and the landscaping around the pool was beautiful. I had a slight issue on my behalf and Allison accommodated me this I am forever grateful for. Allison also provided a binder of area restaurants, attractions and my favorite church's. Overall I believe this is the absolute best home I have rented in the area.

The house was exactly how it was described. Very clean. Spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of room. Supplies were plentiful. Pool and outdoor space was great. Would highly recommend!!! Only negative was drive to the beach. But that had nothing to do with the accommodations.

Pelicans Perch was very private, relaxing and clean. Plenty of space and they have everything you need and things that you don’t think of but have on hand. The host was spot on responding and very friendly. There are excellent restaurants and grocery stores less than 7 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again! As a mom who rarely gets a moment to recharge, this weekend away with my three best friends was exactly what I needed—and this beach condo exceeded every expectation. From the start, the spacious layout gave us all room to relax and breathe. Whether we were cooking together, lounging in the living area, or getting ready for a night out, we never felt crowded. It was the perfect setup for a girls' trip! The comfort of the home was next-level, with cozy beds, plenty of seating, and all the essentials ready and waiting. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were clean with extra linens and toiletries, and everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to think twice about a thing. One of our absolute favorite parts? The view from the balcony. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn out there with coffee or wine in hand, just soaking in the beautiful scenery and ocean breeze. Really enjoyed the stay at this condominium. Generous supply of beach towels, towels, paper products, dishwashing detergent, washing detergent, seasonings, and bowl of snacks provided. Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the beach storage unit where we could place all of our beach gear.

We had a wonderful stay during our first family beach trip with our 7 month old. The beach was easy to access and the views were beautiful. The pool was clean and never crowded. Their was minimal noise from neighbors which made sleeping with an infant a lot easier. We will definitely stay again!

This was such a cute little condo right on the beach! Great amenities and clean relaxing atmosphere. We didn’t even want to or need to leave the resort the whole stay! The view alone from the balcony made the stay worth it. We enjoyed kicking off the summer with our kids and thought Stasy’s place was the perfect place to do it!

We absolutely loved staying here ! It was close enough to the beach but also out of the crowd of everyone else . It was so beautiful inside and we couldn’t asked for an easier stay ! It was our anniversary and we got engaged and with the ease of checking in and out , it just made our anniversary so much better . She communicated so well with any questions I had . This place was perfect for us. We were visiting my niece in the area so we enjoyed relaxing and visiting. Plenty of room and everything we needed to cook dinner for several of us. It was close to Huntington Beach State Park which I would highly recommend. This unit is very close to the pool which we loved! Would stay again for sure!

We’ve stayed in Litchfield before. It’s a great beach for families. This condo was exactly as described. Clean, peaceful, easy to find, and a 2 minute drive to the beach or a 10 minute walk. Definitely recommend this place.

This was our 5th trip to Murrells Inlet and our 2nd time staying in this building. We like that it's not a huge high rise (only 4 stories) and that there is on-site parking. The condo was perfect for my husband and I on our little get-away. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the view was unbeatable and we had some great weather to enjoy the beach. We brought our own beach chairs but there were some provided in a storage closet. Todd and Mandy were very responsive and accommodating during our trip. We had one hiccup when we arrived and they responded very quickly with a phone call and assistance. We definitely enjoyed our stay at "A Wave from It All"!

It was a pleasure to stay at Jessica's place. She was a very responsive host and accommodated us in every way possible. "Happy Place" is just like the name describes it, a peaceful place I could relax at be at ease like my home. Would definitely stay here again if I visit again.

I could not love this place anymore! This condo had everything we needed and MORE. The entire place was extremely clean & exactly what we paid for. The resort was AWESOME. Anne was a fantastic super-host! She was available for anything we needed, but had provided all we could want and more! There were dog bowls, leashes & treats for our pet. Condo was very comfortable, extremely clean & decorated beautifully. Has a well stocked & equipped kitchen, for preparing fresh seafood meals. Even spices & creamer! As advertised - to say the least. Beach gear included! We highly recommend her home for a wonderful vacay stay! We are looking forward to returning to Nan's Place soon with our pet! Thanks Nan!! ArLisa & Gus

We loved our stay here! We immediately felt right at home and the location was peaceful and very family friendly. Being right on the beach was so convenient and we were also close to enough to drive to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again. This place made our first visit to South Carolina very special.

Cannot say enough great things about our time spent here! Beautiful location directly on the beach, close to all of the shops and restaurants located in both Surfside and Garden City. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we could have needed. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!
